I couldn't help but read Lisa Footes comment & be taken aback, i am a regular customer at this cold stone & have never had a bad interaction with these girls they are very nice and hardworking. Upon reading her very theatrical story about her boyfriends surprise & think how could you have notified them so quickly of the mistake unless you already had looked before you went there, or had it pulled up on your phone. So that would mean that you knew where you were going the whole time. Also their owner sometimes will serve people well after they have already closed but she owns the store & has a right to do so. Other wise those girls close when they are supposed to. They also don't control what goes on the cold stone websites so bantering them about it was wrong of you anyway. Isn't it well known when you have a problem with something to always just contact a manager? Why baggier the staff? Also if you have ever worked in any type of restaurant customer service field you would know that they have pre closing things to do while also closing things at the end of the night. So i think its very rude of you to think that you could come in a minute before close after they have already shut everything down washed & cleaned everything & think that they owe you service honestly im personally embarrassed for you that you as a customer don't have the decency to take it into consideration that they have already closed up & you are demanding service. & then to bash all of those girls in a review that is probably only half true cause no one knows what you really said or how you treated them in return, but that how it always is isn't it? Customer don't get what they want & they paint everyone else to be the bad guys. it customers like you that made me hate working for businesses...
Read moreI ordered a birthday cake from this place to be delivered. They hire doordash to deliver the cake. Door dashes driver steals the cake and then calls Cold Stone and cancels the order. I called Cold Stone and talked to the owner, who told me that I had to call doordash to get my money back and basically put the fight for me to deal with. She did not care that there was no cake for the birthday or that my money was gone. She said once doordash picks up the cake, it's out of her hands, and there's nothing she can do about it. There is no disclaimer on the website to tell you to order at your own risk that your cake might never come. Her attitude was obnoxious. If you are going to order from this place, pick it up and hope no one got it first. UPDATE- the manager Brian called back today, making sure everything went OK. While the cake finally made it, it still was 2 hours late, but I appreciate Brian and the call. The owner should take a hike and let Brian take over, it would be better for business. Just look at all the people with...
Read moreTHIS LOCATION IS A RIP OFF. The customer service is horrible here. If you want a skimpy serving size and skimpy toppings, then go here. I went around 1:30pm and the store was empty. The so called manager, Nee, was so annoying to deal with. She told me I couldn't sub this topping and it would be extra for this and just felt like she was trying to overcharge me. I really wanted ice cream so I just got something and she barely filled the cup and I don't think she put the proper amount of toppings. I haven't gone to this location in a while, but I'm sure you'll get better service with a college kid who could care less about nickel and diming you, but BEWARE of getting served by the actual manager cause she'll get every penny out of you and give you as little as possible while being extremely rude.
I won't be back to this location unless I'm desperate for some Cold Stone. On a positive note, I am addicted to cake batter ice cream and will return to other locations for my...
