They need to train their employees. There were 4 of them working when we got there. Only one was out front and she was making orders for delivery. She didn’t address us for over 5 minutes as we stood there. I had to ask her if there was anyone else who could help us - she said she didn’t know if they were “busy.” Laughter was coming from the back. The girl making the delivery orders kept an earbud in her ear and kept taking it out when customers tried to talk to her. Taking it out with the same hand she used to mix the ice creams. The tables are filthy. I’m sure one of the four employees could walk over and wipe them down if they weren’t busy fraternizing with each other — including the one who looked like she could be the manager but ignored the customers and wiped a dirty rag on the counters from time to time. Read moreI visited this location yesterday around 4:30pm. I was puzzled there was no staff in the front of the shop. I could hear the staff speaking in the back so I waited patiently. After 5 minutes and still no personnel in the front I decided to call to somehow get the attention of an employee. There was another gust waiting as well and we were both confused. After 10 minutes I decided to call again, i could hear the phone ring but no answer, mind you i could also hear the staff in the back talking. Finally the other guest starting knocking on the door to the back to hopefully get the attention of someone. Finally after the knocking on the door by the other guest they came to the front. For the staff to be so unaware of the front and lack of attention is mind blowing, not only for guest but for security reasons. we then try to order a vanilla shake and they were out of vanilla. Read moreThe worst ever experience The first and last time I am not a regular or even I've never try it before, the kids got a gift card at Christmas and wanted to try it First impression, the employee look like he is been forced to come to work, no greetings even asked us what we would like I greeted him and informed him that it's our first time, he replied instantly what do you wants As far as I know cold stone from other states I see them mix the ice cream and add topping to it but at that location he grab the ice cream to place it on the cold stone to get a cup and fill the cup My son ordered a waffle cone, the employee replied him that its takes 3 minutes I will give you cup instead!!!! When my daughter asked for to flavor the reply was do you need to cups?
I am sure not returning to that experience that cost us almost $25 with that bad experience
