I have to admit. I wasn’t exactly the easiest bride to work with. Not because I was rude or anything, but because I had a very specific look in mind and I wanted nothing less. What I got was service and quality above what I could have ever imagined. Not only are MDO extremely affordable, but they gave the best customer service I’ve ever had from any store. I chose a tuxedo for the groom and after it arrived he tried it on. On the way home I change my mind because it didn’t look exactly the way I thought it would. Problem is, it’s about 2 weeks before the wedding and they don’t have the one I have in store. Problem? No problem at all. Manny expedited the shipping free of charge for the one I really wanted. He did it even though I said it was okay, and I didn’t want them to go through the trouble. The tux came and I couldn’t have been happier. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Also, talk about a time crunch. One of the groomsmen didn’t get in until the day before the wedding. Again, no problem. He went in when they opened and his suit was ready and tailored by the time they closed.

I gave myself a gift for my birthday this year, and I came back after years of having a suit tailored for me. From the moment I walked in, to the sit down, to the choosing of the fabric, the color, the options, to the measurements, it was like I was planning my own wedding.

They run a family owned business that has been in the community for years, and we need more of that. They treat you like a men’s man, and I appreciate you. They make you feel a certain way about yourself. Anyway, the give honest feedback, and they lookout for you. The day I went to see the final product, I’m telling you, it felt I was picking up my wedding dress! Now I understand when they say “It’s all about the dress.”
