Let’s start off with the bad smell in there, it smells like rotting food and the workers there just pretend not to smell anything. I have ordered many things here and they have made some improvement with the new management but it seems the manager can’t improve the workers personalities. The ladies there never smile in fact they look at you with a side eye, especially the two ladies with black hair. I have ordered the pizza pastel and once I opened it you could smell the rotten cheese, when I took it to the lady at the counter she pretended she couldn’t smell anything. I had to go up to the manager and tell him and even then he didn’t sound interested he just told me to ask the lady for another one; I refused and got my money back. On a separate occasion I ordered a cream cheese tostada and the cheese was also expired and again they acted like it was perfectly fine. They barely buttered my toast with butter and when I told Leslie she decided to add 3x the normal amount of butter just to be sarcastic; I couldn’t even finish the tostada due to the stomach ache it gave me.
Management is trying to improve with adding new foods but unfortunately this bakery will continue to do poorly due to the ladies...
Read moreI'm not quite sure what has happened to this little family owned bakery, that if I'm not mistaken has been in business since 1983. I've gone on numerous occasions and it's always been as perfect as one could ever wish for. Today, I placed an order on Uber eats and low and behold was in complete shock when I opened the bags. The food was spoiled and with visible mold and growing bacteria unlike I've ever seen. Not only was it visibly rotten but the foul odor when you open the packaging just added to my shock and disbelief! I submitted my complaint along with pictures to Uber and they went ahead and provided a full refund. I have tried most of the day to get a hold of a manager/owner to inform them of this unfortunate incident but have not been successful. I keep asking myself how this could've possibly happened but just can't reason with it...
