Miami is a city bursting with flavor, and our latest adventure at El Palacio de los Jugos was nothing short of a culinary celebration! If you’re on the hunt for authentic Cuban cuisine served with a side of vibrant culture, this iconic spot is where you need to be.
The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of freshly prepared dishes. The place was buzzing with energy—locals and visitors alike, all eager to indulge in the deliciousness that El Palacio is known for. From the colorful displays of tropical fruits to the sizzling sounds coming from the kitchen, it was a feast for the senses!
We couldn’t resist diving into a plate of Lechón Asado (roast pork), tender and seasoned to perfection. It was like a flavor explosion with every bite, the kind of dish that transports you straight to the heart of Havana. Paired with a generous serving of yuca and maduros (sweet plantains), it was a meal that warmed our souls.
Next up, we had to sample their famous Cuban sandwiches. The crispy bread, the juicy ham, the melted cheese—it was everything a Cuban sandwich should be and more. We also sipped on freshly squeezed guava juice that was so refreshing, it felt like a taste of Miami sunshine in a cup.
El Palacio de los Jugos is more than just a place to eat—it’s a cultural experience. The lively atmosphere, the vibrant colors, the friendly staff—it all made us feel like we were part of a big, happy family. There’s something truly special about enjoying a meal in a place that’s so deeply rooted in the local community. It’s a spot where food isn’t just served, it’s celebrated.
If you’re in Miami and looking to taste the real deal, El Palacio de los Jugos is a must-visit. Read moreIf I could give you a ZERO I would! But Google doesn't let me! First of all I was on a vacation, with friends. One of my friends is from CUBA and she convinced us to go there because it was the best food in town at a modicum price, plus the amount of food served, we went there and asked about every plate because we're not from Cuba, we're Puerto Rican. Ladies that worked there were super UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE, by this said what I mean is that they will make you feel like an absolute moron. If you ask, hey what is this, they will tell you, "oh you don't know what it's this? Really?" And explain to you in a bad manner. I really wish this was the only thing to mention, but it's not! I'VE GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE FOOD, IT WAS EXPIRED AND ALMOST ROTTED! THEY DEFINITELY MIXED FRESH FOOD WITH REHEAT FOOD, AND TRICK YOU MAKING YOU THINK THAT IS FRESH!!!!! IT'S NOT! I'M SO SAD THAT I WAS JUST PASSING BY ON A TRIP, BECAUSE I COULD HAVE ENDED UP AT THE HOSPITAL! THAT I DIDN'T WENT BECAUSE I CANNOT PAY THE BILL. INSTEAD, I WAS VOMITING ALL NOON, AND NIGHT. I WOULD HAVE SUE THIS PLACE, AND CLOSE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!!! NEXT DAY THE FOOD WAS ROTTEN! TOTALLY ROTTED! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, BE DECENT, HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOWS, HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, AND BE PROFESSIONAL!!! I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'M A MANAGER! I'VE BEEN A SUPERVISOR. I'VE BEEN EVERYWHERE GIVING A SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE! THIS FRANCHISE NEEDS TO BE GONE! PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE TO GET POISONED BY YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE WAY OF HANDLING FOOD SERVICE! THE WORST PLACE EVER! DON'T COME TO ANY OF THEM! YOU WOULDN'T KNOW IF YOU'RE EATING FRESH, OR GET POISONED. ZERO STARS! YOU GUYS NEED TO...
Read moreIf you're looking for a great place to enjoy fresh, delicious fruit juices and fabulous Cuban food, you'll definitely want to check out El Palacio de Los Jugos! This wonderful restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty options, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend it enough! We ordered our dinner for our new years' celebration. The place was super packed but they attended to me right away because I had ordered it the day before. The food is very good and the price is unbeatable. Get here before sunset because the place gets packed and you may have to wait in line for a while! Parking is available but not big enough for the number of people going. I got my food within 5 minutes of arriving. It is fairly easy to find. We love this place for quick, yummy food in Miami. We like to get it to go or sit outside. We've tried several items on the menu and all have been good. The beef empanadas, the ropa vieja, and the pressed Cuban sandwiches are our favorites. Be warned though: the hot sauces aren't for amateurs! El Palacio de Los Jugos has been a staple in Miami for years, and it is easy to see why. It's the ultimate Cuban restaurant with an extensive menu of traditional Cuban dishes. They can be found all over Miami. They are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering. The place is awesome. We got arroz congri, ropa vieja and platano maduros for 10-15 people. It was super cheap and delicious! Here are the photos...
