I eat at this location for one reason only because the Miami sandwich is awesome however after eating here for years with in the last month and a half the Miami sandwich is a quarter of what it used to be . At first I thought maybe it was just the guy that was making a sandwich but time after time it was disappointing literally a quarter of the meat that I used to have. Today I decided to go in and speak to the waitress which they are all great and let her know of my experience. She was going to talk with the sandwich maker to get it done right. Once again same outcome. The sandwiches used to be good obviously they’ve change the way they do it or they hired someone that is causing them now to lose their regular customers. There's not much good to say about this Cuban café/restaurant.

I sat outside to have breakfast. The "Perico Ripiado" was ok, service was prompt but when I was served the cup of milk to prepare my coffee (they bring it to you in a separate cup) I noticed the lipstick on the edge of the cup.

These experiences kinda give you a sense that the rest of the utensils, plates, etc. They probably just rinse not washed.

What gets me angry about these places is that they either don't understand what customer service is because they are so used to a blue collar cliente that accept the low standars in exchange of somehow low prices, or they just don't care to get better.

One would think that with 300+ Cuban cafes in the Miami-Dade county, you would want to excel and recognize among your peers to gain...

Definitely not Cuban at all. Couple central and southern Americans running the place. The only positive thing I can say is that they were honest when I asked for natural lemonade (mentioned in there menu) and lady told me it’s made out of powder and if that’s ok, obviously I said no lol. But very sad experience when I got that pan con bistec. Soggy, fridge cooked, and terribly prepared. McDonald’s Nuggets would’ve been a better choice and I don’t eat fast food.
