So I went there bc I went 2 weeks prior and received a banana split w sour pineapples and was told to come back anytime I would recd a replacement. I tell the person my name and the situation when I get to the pick up window the lady is flipping pages in a book to find my name after about 3 mins I'm annoyed so I say, "do you really think I drove here to scam you out of a banana split. She continues to look saying she don't see my name now after another 2 mins I'm really annoyed and I repeated what I said earlier. So another worker comes and says what you want w a nasty annoyed like attitude. I tell her a banana split she comes back and sling a bag out the window and closes the window and leave. At this time I ask for the mgr and tell her that I'm coming inside for them to make my dessert. I park, go inside and when I get inside the nasty annoyed worker coming towards me telling me to get out bc I have what I wanted. I tell the mgr that I don't trust the food and would like for someone else to make my dessert. The worker tells the mgr no we're not making it and start hurling insults at the top her lungs that I'm crazy, stupid and psychotic and saying she has nothing to lose as if to say she wants to fight w me.The mgr is stating she will just call the police to trespass me. Btw, I'm standing there asking the mgr is she serious and asking the worker, " Are you really calling me a liar and stupid? " I decided to leave and will never return. I will be contacting an attorney to see what my legal rights are for being assaulted and threatened.Remind you I've have visited this DQ many times in th past and have given...
Read moreOkay, I love dairy Queen, but the employees on staff today need a refresher course on customer service. I ordered a turtle pecan blizzard. Sounded good. I got the blizzard and it was completely slush consistency like really melted. I think "oh, no problem, they have a flip upside down policy so if I ask for a remake it'll be no problem, it was a small anyways" I go back in, I'm the only customer. No one is at the front, they're whispering behind the counter that I have a problem. Finally one comes up, I just let her know it was melted and that I'd like it thicker and I asked if the product came with caramel because I had asked for caramel in the blizzard and I could clearly see there was none. Like come on its labeled a pecan cluster blizzard with nothing but plain nuts and vanilla ice cream all sloshed together. I asked for caramel so maybe I would enjoy it. The cashier retorted "I don't know I don't make the blizzards" okay, well, if you're selling something you need to know what you're selling. I asked in the remake if we could please add some caramel. No caramel, the remake is still melted and the "blizzard maker" slammed the cup down in irritation. Well excuse me for asking for you to make it right. I get that mistakes are made but I expect you to have a little professionalism and save the eye rolls and cup slams for home time. Don't bring it to work. And learn your products, why would I want to buy something from you if you know nothing about it. It's a shame because I have never had a problem with this dairy Queen. And i traveled 7 miles out of the way to stop by...
Read moreI frequent the Dairy Queen at *(610 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park) very often for many years. I love the food and icecream. But today July 4th I went with my grand daughter. She was excited to pay for her own small shake with gift money. We just went outside to watch the fireworks and a Bug/Moth went into her shake. She had barely drank any. I got it out best I could but she was afraid to drink any more. I went in and explained to the cashier who was very sweet & understanding. She was about to give her another. Another woman, I'm guessing her supervisor said "NO" and put her hand up. I tried to explain, but she said rudely "that's not our fault!" She embarrassed my granddaughter and the cashier. I noticed the other workers, including the kitchen area looking out. I paid for another..What a sad experience for my granddaughter as she was so excited. I was not going to write a review but I feel that it was unnecessary to be that rude to a customer. And her granddaughter. As I said I frequent very often and it's quite sad that one supervisor on a holiday night could cause a customer and child to be that embarrassed over a small shake. This happened at the DG at 610 Kingsley Ave...
