Danny’s Cream Pies — Restaurant in Florida

I had first seen this ice cream stand last year, but did not visit it, however, after doing so a few days ago, I regret making that decision. Upon asking if the price of their ice cream cone is simply a dollar (as it is shown, within their small menu, which is affixed to their stand), a middle aged or older man, whom I suspected might be the owner, snapped at me, that taxes are included, while he stared angrily at me. In addition, he informed me of the taxes, in an insulting manner which conveyed, that he felt I was ignorant, of the taxes (he seemed to believe, that I did not understand, that taxes would be included within my purchase, which once again, is highly insulting). Given my Southern Italian heritage and the fact that the Sunlight here in Englewood, Florida has darkened me (during the four months, which I have been in Englewood), and his angry and suspicious staring, I wouldn't be surprised, if he was venting a bit of his racism. The man of whom I am writing, was assisted by two, younger colleagues, who were somewhat decent and pleasant. Made two separate orders for products for my daughter and myselfs favorite youtuber who we've supported for a very long time.. to make a long story short.. 2 packages missing, no help from customer service except a quick apology and told they will refer me to someone that will be able to help... 5 times this is!! Over 4 weeks... not a single offer to get back to me, no offer to look into it promptly no offer to refund... just a quick howdy , apology and a kick in the ass. I'm pretty sure this isn't how Danny would like things handled and am appalled at this...

I was a lil disappointed that I couldn't get my buddy a shirt cause the largest they had was a 2x & he is a big dude that needs a 4x. He is a huge fan so I wanted to get him a gift since I was visiting my father who lives in Englewood. Also couldn't get any ice cream either cuz they was completely out. Oh well I'm sure it's good stuff, it's icecream lol. I will try again my next trip to Florida & I will continue to watch the crazy hilarious videos as well.
