I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I ordered late night snacks for ourselves and our children after leaving a show. That was between 12:15am-12:20am on 08/06/23. To begin my husband and I find out at the location that it wasn’t actually ready even though we ordered around midnight. They had to thaw the cheese to even make it. Be aware they also charge to add cheese to bread. Crazy right? From there my husband came back with only four. So I gave up my grilled cheese so the kids and him could eat. I then called back around 1:00 am on 08/06/23 to let them know. The manager (female) on duty said she would leave a note and we could pick it up in the morning since he was a little far and helping with the kids. So this morning after we checked out of our hotel 08/06/23 we went to the same Denny’s to pick up the grilled cheese. The restaurant was empty Early in the morning and then again when we got there around 12:15pm. Keep in mind this is literally just cheese and bread that we should be picking up. My husband spoke with a cashier (female) around 12:15pm on 08/06/23 who told a man possibly the cook Guillermo who said really rudely they couldn’t make the grilled cheese because there was no note left. My husband is all about customer service so considered how the cashier/cook were talking to him we left. I then decided to inform the manager (Roseanne) after we left who said with no hesitation that it’s just a grilled cheese so she would make it and even add fries. When I explained to her that the previous manager didn’t leave the note she then started making excuses saying it’s not the manager’s fault. Keep in mind NONE of this would’ve happened if the note was left to begin with. We also didn’t want our food made after the way Guillermo talked to my husband. Can’t trust they wouldn’t mess with it. So we will be calling corporate in addition to this review. The manager (Roseanne) got mad/rude because we didn’t like the customer service basically defending the mistakes and this again over grilled cheese. The restaurant was empty and we were just trying to pick up what was promised and what we were charged for. Terrible service, attitude, accountability, and problem solving skills. No way around the rudeness from Guillermo and the manager Roseanne. I wouldn’t recommend this location. We went to the one on 8031 Summerlin Center who fixed it and apologized on behalf of the manager Roseanne’s attitude and Guillermo. So if you go to any Denny’s in that area go to 8031 Summerlin Center. It’s a shame to give terrible customer service and over a grilled...

It's ashame, I haven't been in a long time due to the fact that they usually don't have very good customer service but I figured hey it's 2025 let's give them another shot. Well that was a big mistake..It was me my daughter, my best friend and her two kids. Table of 5. Took the waiter 15 minutes just before someone came and got our drink order....then another 20 for the actual order. It took and hour for us to just get the kids food which was 2 chicken tender baskets with two tenders each, two salads and a cheese burger with a side of bacon. Then took another 10 minutes for me and my friend to receive our food which by then we really had no appetite. We had to ask another waiter to talk to the manager because our actual waiter avoided us the entire time.We never got the manager, the waiter finally wondered to our table He said sorry guys I talked to the manager. But no sign of manager. I just kept my cool and just wanted to pay and leave that place......yea Well finally we had to go to pay up front and once again no one up there to greet anyone or to check out customers. I went to manager my self after seriously waiting and hour and something and then have me wait again to pay when really our meal should have been free. Any real reasturant would not have let us walk out mad the way I was. The manager was very slowy puting things on plates and pretending to be the expeditor when she had a whole line at the door and obviously that wasn't her concern. She had to much responsibility on her waiters when really she should have been doing her job. All she could say to me was she didn't have her front person show up. Which that's not my problem! Food was undercooked, breakfast on Sunday morning not worth time, or money!!! Update July 12, 2024 I did not realize since my last visit, I had given this Dennys location a second chance... Well they did not disappoint!!! Again, I got a to go order from this location approx 1 month ago... My lumberjack slam, which had been my go to breakfast since I can remember. The meal was a giant grease ball of eggs and bacon, slopped together. Spoke to numerous employees and an assistant manager gentlemen. They all stated, I needed to talk to the general manager. So yesterday, before my trip to work 5am, I stopped in and waited an hour for this female manager to ask me for a receipt on a meal that was not done correctly over a month ago. I advised the general manager of this issue of reaching out to the restaurant, with no capability of speaking with her. SHE WAS RUDE AND HELD A PLASTIC SIGN IN MY FACE STATING, I WAS IN THE WRONG!!! I paid my breakfast, and received a meal inferior to serve to my dogs!!! I will be reaching out to corporate and the BBB in this matter. She smirked, and said go ahead and call 1800 Dennys, they wont do nothing to.me, they need me. I replied, i guess thats why your restaurant rating is a 3.8. She then stated good-bye. Its unfortunate that I had this experience because i can remember as far back as 8 years old going into a Dennys, and enjoying our meals with my family.
