I love Domino's. I order almost everyday. Sometimes I even order twice a day. I would normally give you guys a 5 star rating for being so delicious and having punctual delivery time. Today I placed my online order and paid with the card saved on file. The estimated delivery time was 25-35 minutes. I waited nearly 50 minutes before calling the store. I spoke with someone and explained that I haven't received my order after continuing I was cut off and was asked what am I talking about. I learned that the original person had given the phone to Joshua the manager without even letting me know. Joshua told me that the delivery driver could not find the apartment number and called me and drove back to the store. I told him I never received a call. Joshua told me he had to get off the phone to tell the delivery driver to drive back to deliver the order. The delivery driver had not shown up so I called the store again and asked Joshua if the delivery driver was on his way. I asked for a discount on the order for the inconvenience and Joshua took me and my request as a joke. He told me I already am getting a 50% discount on one of my pizzas. I told him atleast help me out since the order is not really fresh at this point it had been over an hour at this point and he laughed and said no that hes not giving me any discount that i should have included my apt number in the order. I told him it was not my fault because i placed the order how i normally do online with the dominos app for iPhone. I order usually one to twice daily from Dominos. Joshua did not seem to care that I am a loyal customer to Dominos. The only other pizza i eat is authentic NY pizza in NY. Joshua told me that "hes not going to give me a discount for my mistake and delivery driver being over an hour late because its the busiest time of the year" I told Joshua to cancel the order and he said ok and hung up. He did not let me finish and tell him that I wanted the same order but fresh. I called the store and Joshua answered I asked him why he hung up on me and he said because you said you wanted to cancel your order and I did. I was annoyed at how unprofessional he was acting. He told me "to hold so he can find someone else to take my order because he cannot deal with this right now". I waited on hold for nearly 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back. A lady took my order and I received it after only 35 minutes. However, delivery driver was not given the 2 liter sprite that I requested with my order. I called the store and was placed on hold while the guy i spoke with got a hold of Joshua to refund me for the sprite or send out another driver for the sprite. I was on hold for 13 minutes. I called back and spoke with Gabby. I expressed my frustration and that I needed the number to corporate. Gabby provided me the number apologized for my inconvenience and thanked me for being a dominos customer. She refunded my order for the inconvenience. I told Gabby I would provide compliments for her excellent customer service on my comments. I never had had an issue until I had to deal with Joshua the...
Read moreA friend of mine tried to surprise me with a pizza from this location, at my job. When the delivery driver got to the front desk at my work place he handed me the pizza and I asked him where do I sign. He then told me that there are three lines on the paper and I could leave a tip. I then advised this driver that some one ordered this for me, so I could not. He then said that its policy for them to have an ID and a credit card for them to complete the delivery. He proceeded to snatch the pizza box out of my hand. I have ordered from many different pizza establishments and this policy is new to me. Even if this is the policy the way that is was handled was all wrong. I understand the policy and how this could stop fraudulent transactions, but he definitely should have asked for my id and credit card before handing me the pizza especially since he said it was an online order. No where online does it say that I needed these two pieces of information to get the pizza that was ordered. I called the store and the manager on duty by the name of Summer gave me some lame apology and was not affected by my taste of dissatisfaction. Both driver and managers customer service skills need a bit of tweaking especially when handling unhappy customers. I wanted to make a formal complaint and Summer advised that I can call 1800 domino's. when i called the number provided the recorded voice prompt made it very clear that no one cares and that my issue needs to be dealt with at store level. I will probably never eat at this location again. To the delivery driver who snatched my pizza out my hand. you will do this again to someone else and it will not end well for...
Read moreMan these guys work their tails off, especially the manager I met the other night. It's comforting to know even after someone messes up an order, or never actually makes it, they 're wiling to say please, thank you, I'm sorry, etc. So I've ordered a few times from here, usually flawless orders every time. The one evening, about 2 months ago, I ordered late night over the phone approx 9:30, and I arrived shortly after and I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. Well, 20 minutes goes by and the pizza was never actually made due to the guys working up front simply not paying attention and not really bothering to check on the names on the pizzas and the boxes. The manager comes up to me and noticed I was waiting quite a while, especially after I drove up there and still waited approx 20 minutes after a 15 minute drive. He apologizes profusely, instructs the workers up front of their mistake, challenges them, and then offers me the pizza for free as a courtesy. Well, I wasn't intending on waiting 40 minutes for a pickup pepperoni pizza that night but that manager was working his tail off in that office and met me with such courtesy and apologies that I wasn't upset. The pizza was flawless and steaming and delicious as always. I'll give them another chance again, because the product is still great and piping hot, and the manager is running a great...
