Horrible experience, order from a different Domino's. I ordered 5 items had them read back to me correctly and I only got 3. While ordering they put me on hold 3 different times. Hmmmm wonder why the order was incorrect. Driver was great, but when we called back to get the issue resolved we were then put on hold 7 more times, but then after we finally got through they hung up on us simply because when they asked if they could put me on hold again I said no. The employees response was well you know what and click. Of course that response and action was shocking so We called back several more times... To be put on hold, hung up on, and to not be answered. Finally calling back from a different number we got ahold of them long enough to talk to their manager who was more worried about letting us know that her employees did no wrong. The price of the five items was no issue, and would have been payed for gladly being that we had a house to feed. BUT when the manager made it seem like we wanted something for free in her response, we quickly knew this is not a location that cares about correcting a wrong. Or letting customers know that they are being taken care of. So after being fustrated because we were put on hold nonstop, hung up on, we asked for corporate or the owners number and surprise surprise they gave us a valid number. Long story short we were given excuse after excuse, their phones hang up on there own when they put customers on hold, there employees make no mistakes, and finally an insult. No apology for being hung up on. A simple apology for not taking an order correctly and allowing us to place and pay for the missing items would have ended the situation, but instead we were hung up on by the person we spoke to first, then...
Read moreWe order from there frequently and always do carryout. I don't know why they have a drive thru window, as every time we have tried to use it, it takes forever for them to finally realize you are there. Usually there are at least 2 people who have walked passed the window without bothering to look out to see if anyone is out there. I've had to honk or call to get them to notice. Takes forever for them to answer the phone when I call. All that aside, we called in an order last night and they didn't get it right. We called back to inform them of the mistake and the manager said she would credit our account for the 3 pizzas that were incorrectly made; apparently the person who took the order didn't enter it in properly. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I realize the importance of repeating the order back to the guest to insure it's right. This was a missed step on behalf of the employee. Anyway, the manager assured us she would credit our account for the pizzas for the next visit. We decided to use the credit this evening since we didn't get home until late, only to find that not only did she screw us out of one of the pizzas, she also only gave us a credit for $10 and some change, leaving us to have to pay the tax on pizzas they messed up on to begin with. Why should I have to be inconvenienced any more than I already have? In the end, it's their loss. We will take our business elsewhere from now on. Papa Johns has always been my favorite anyway. And if I need to save a little money, there is always Little caesars. For a dollar less I can...
Read moreOrder from here on Thursday, later in the evening. Manager called me and said they were behind and if I still wanted my order due to the wait time, I said yes and they said ok we will get it there as soon as we can. I waited and watched my order tracker saw the food was made, I never received my order. I called the next morning to request to talk to the manager to figure out what happened and where my food was. With a bad attitude told me I they weren’t the manager on that one from another location was working that night and they’d have to reach out them. To see how they wanted to handle the situation. I said ok, but the kicker is I had to ask the on duty manager if they wanted my name and phone number to inquire about my order. I work in food I’m not a idiot. It’s not difficult if you are a manager to resolve my complaint and concern about food I paid for and never got. I tried calling the store that night and no one answered at 10:30 . Here I am Saturday and guess what no ones called me to tell me where my pizza is.. or my money. By the looks of some reviews dominos is getting really good at not getting food delivered. This location had no interest to deal with my situation, if you did you wouldn’t of jump my back about the situation were that day when my complaint was regarding the night before and you would of asked me questions about my order , for insistence my name is...
