Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I frequent this restaurant and have been a loyal customer since moving to Middleburg 5 years ago. and if it wasn’t for the wonderful and friendly employees holding the store together, I believe it would financially fail. They are becoming consistent with a shortage of staff, ingredients and product line.

Today I spent 19 mins waiting on a rather large online order in front of me which is perfectly normal, however you have one very sweet and capable young lady in the restaurant by herself trying to make this order of 9 sandwiches. She finally got some help at 5:46pm which helped move the line. Upon ordering my sandwich, there’s no lettuce for my either of my orders. I got the last of the tuna and ordered my two sandwiches which couldn’t be prepared as I had hoped bc of ingredient shortages.

Hopefully this will correct itself. Either way, what makes this store good is the employees which are hired. They have to defend the store while receiving the ire of unsatisfied customers who keep coming back.

Wonder why...

I visit this subway regularly but I live all the way down cr 218 and cr 217 so the subway in the kangaroo by mallard rd is so much closer but they run out of the good bread Alot and tonight they only had wheat and flat bread. The people are very polite ay the kangaroo subway but as I mentioned they regularly run out of bread. So I had the sandwich artist Amanda make our sandwich's tonight which were delicious she also up sold me on some chili which bravo subway delicious chili (it's hard and damn near impossible to come close to Wendy's chili and its better than wendys chili) Amanda and a dark hair bearded young man were very personable one of the best experiences I've had there other than a former employee that I would always look forward to seeing by the name of Chelsea. So thank you and keep up the great work Amanda and crew...

Tonight was my 1st time going to this subway and I probably won't be going back. I don't know if the ladies working were new but there was not a whole lot of teamwork happening, there were customers in front of me having something remade, they reused gloves, I saw one employee wash their hands the whole time I was in the store, there were 2 pans of cookie dough sitting out uncovered, the cold bar was poorly stocked, the employee asked me what comes on the sandwich I ordered, nobody was...
