They are finally open again. Truly transformative on the inside hard to believe it's the same place. Have ordered several to-go orders already everything's been super good . Prices have gone up a little bit, but not out of line with what every place else is doing. They have added a number of new dishes including noodle bowls and noodle dishes. Very excited that they are open for business again.

Another quality meal at Yume, the lunch special of 3 rolls and soup for $12 is a great deal. I didn't care for the spicy things roll, but that was a texture thing for me. It tasted great, just didn't care for chopped tuna, I like larger pieces of tuna.

. If I could give more stars I would, but if you like Asian food, rice noodles cooked veggies teriyaki, hibachi, this is the place. If you have any MSG concerns, this is the place to go. There are many many choices that do not involve anything raw. The pot stickers gyōza are a great start. There is a number of savory sauces they have, my favorites are the tempura and eel. (there is no eel in the eel sauce I just discovered the shrimp sauce, OMG it is so tasty,! ) I am 48 years old and have never liked sushi in my life. If you would have told me I would be eating raw tuna and seaweed salad I would tell you you were crazy. But I've been eating it Yume for about 6 months now and everything that I've eaten is fantastic. I started off with a California roll, nothing raw in it, when I first started going and have progressed trying just about anything. Haven't gotten the nerve up to eat eel yet but I'm working on it. Number 7 below the amazing roll, is truly amazing. It has tempura shrimp cucumber spicy tuna rice and the seaweed salad with eel sauce and spicy mayo it's really good the words don't do it justice. They are great about answering questions if you're not sure what something is, ask if it's raw or cooked and they're really really good about making accommodations.

Great Asian, food. Bento box lunch was fantastic, definetly worth trying. Quiet restaurant, and waitress is very attentive. They are great at explain what something is if your unsure. I've eaten there 6 times now and it is always consistently good, even when they are busy. The rolls are great, I love the chicken tempura with extra eel sauce, that's one of the pics I posted. Even if you don't think you like sushi, give it a try, it's all cooked, and nothing raw in this roll. The shrimp and cucumber roll is also a favorite of mine, again nothing raw, with some Wasabi and soy sauce, it's out...

DELICIOUS! I’ve been looking for a new go-to Japanese place for a while after my old one has consistently fallen short. I wish I had gone looking sooner because Yume beats out all the others I’ve tried in Clay County by far! I can’t believe I’ve missed out on this hidden gem! The atmosphere is fantastic, it’s well decorated and incredibly clean. Next, the service… our waitress checked on us multiple times, made sure everything was just right, and kept us great company with her wittiness. I truly enjoyed the experience. And most importantly the food… 10/10… everything was cooked to perfection, well seasoned, and the quality of the sushi was GREAT. Something that really bothers me when I get sushi is when it’s not the correct temperature. I’m a bit of a stickler for it and it can completely ruin my meal. In my opinion, a cold roll should be… we’ll, cold. And a baked roll should obviously be warm. Well, Yume absolutely delivered! The cold rolls were perfectly cold and the baked rolls were exactly as they should be. I have zero complaints. I’m so happy I found a new Japanese spot that checks ALL of the boxes. I can’t wait to come back and try more items...

This is the best sushi I have ever had my favorite has to be either the coconut shrimp or the Mexican Bubble roll. We also had steak and shrimp hibachi everything was so fresh and the steak was tender and juicy very good quality steak not the low grade chewy steak you get elsewhere. The place that you ate at and you thought they were a 10 try this place out you’ll think of your old place as a five lol. I’m definitely coming back!!! Aside from the fantastic food, the staff is equally impressive. Their attentiveness and caring about your dining experience is so refreshing and much appreciated. The last time we visited, the owner actually came to our table and asked specific questions about what we enjoyed and if everything was good. He actually cared. After about a dozen visits here, not a single complaint. If there is any complaint, it’s that they aren’t closer to my house haha ; That’s it.
