I would leave zero stars if I could. It is very clear that their curbside pickup and delivery are their priority. I will never step foot in there again. I walked in to place a carryout order. They said it would take 30 minutes. I walked in at 35 minutes to pick up my order and the lady told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. They had 5 other orders in front of mine and haven’t started my order yet. I asked if I could cancel and she said no but I can give you a complementary brownie for your wait. I said I would not like a brownie and I guess I’ll just have to wait and went back out to my car. I came in 30 minutes later to get my order and she said she thought I cancelled my order because I went outside. It’s tiny in there so I didn’t want to wait inside. I will say she did apologize and immediately started making my order but it was nasty. It was super greasy, the crust was soggy and the pizza wasn’t even cut enough to eat. I had to recut it at home. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my carryout order. If they would have been honest with me, and told me an hour, I would have declined and not placed the order. It wasted so much of my time. She did offer again to give me a drink or desert, which I do appreciate the offer, I just wanted my pizza in a reasonable amount of time and honesty. I expect over an hour with delivery but not with a carryout order. I do not recommend ever placing a carryout order from this store. Hopefully your pizza will taste better...
Read moreBe careful not to make a small address mistake, because the drivers will be rude to you, even if you apologize. Literally the house next door, and because the Domino's app's GPS locator gave me that address - I am short-term renting, so, this is not a place I know well. Despite the first driver being extremely rude ("have a good FREAKING night") after my apology, and the manager offering the pizza for free and a second one I could also order for free (the manager was very nice, thank you), the second driver was no different ("do you want your food or not?"). This time the address was right. And the prepaid tip was good with the first driver, by the way. The second was the free one. I am wondering: is it my Italian accent? They don't understand me or they pretend not to? I speak very good English, thank you very much. Or does this store simply hire folks who are upset all the time? After I admit a mistake and I apologize I do not see why being so abrasive. These days "the customer is always right" is a distant memory, and the entitlement is wide spread. I tried to be nice, they did not, hence...
Read moreI really like Dominos pizza, and I order from them often. Today I called at 11:45 am to order a pizza and I was told it would not be delivered until 3 pm, was that okay? Over 3 hours to get a pizza!?! They explained that they had two large orders and wouldn't be able to start my order until 2:30 pm. Seems like (to me) they should be able to take large orders and still serve their regular customers. Not the case I'm told, so I'll be calling Papa John's and ordering from them. Will I come back when they decide they have time for me? Not sure yet.
So, it's two weeks later now, and I called again to have two pizza's delivered. This time it was going to be an hour and a half before they could get to my order. Again, I'm calling Papa John's for my lunch as Domino's isn't able to complete the order in a timely manner. Much less likely that I'll be back, but if I am, either way, I'll update this review and...
