JUST DON"T GO HERE. WORST PLACE EVER. 0-star reviews not allowed, unfortunately. I called corporate to let them know. BTW, the amount of 5-star reviews is laughable... there is no way these are real. Funny that so many are from "professional" reviewers. What a joke. Domino's Corporate, get your s... together.
It would be laughable if it weren't so offensive. I called in early today May 9, 2019, to have the pizza ready for pickup so I could bring it to my crew who were on a construction job. I was in a hurry which is why we called in early. The woman said 15-20 minutes for the pizza to be ready. When I got there after 15 minutes, a storefront in a strip mall on US1, there was no activity at all inside the kitchen or inside the store. No pizzas being prepared, no phones being answered, just a woman in the back of the store talking on her cell phone. It took her a good 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence by screaming at me: "is this pickup? Oh, I haven't even started on your pizza!" When I expressed my annoyance, her only reaction was: "do you want to cancel?" I decided to wait which took another 20 minutes, only to hear the store phone ringing and ringing and not get picked up... Another lady came up to the front and it also took her a good 10 minutes to receive any acknowledgment which came under the guise of a very impolite "I'm sorry, lady, I don't speak no Spanish'". At this point, she finally came out with my order, the total being $20.80. I had asked for the 2x $5.99 coupon on the phone + a coke, so I asked her if that was the right price since I thought $7.50 was a bit pricey for a coke. She got on her high horses "since you're accusing me of lying, I'll just cancel the order right now" and went back inside the kitchen. The Spanish-speaking lady and I started discussing her attitude saying she should never hold a job that has any contact with the public. At this point, a sorry excuse for a human being who seems to spend his days drifting around the strip mall and had come in a couple of minutes earlier, heard our conversation in Spanish and addressed me in English: "man, she gave you your discount, so just pay and shut up!" When I asked him who the f... he was and what did he know about my discount, he told me he was a friend of the lady employee. I told him to mind his own business and he, in a few words, threatened to kill me after I left the store by simulating cutting my throat. At no point did the employee do or say anything to stop his outburst. I finally left with my pizzas having wasted more than half an hour.

Read moreBEEN ORDERING AT THIS DOMINOES FOR YEARS AFTER TODAY WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM HERE, called to make an order the person who made the order couldnt understand my question I was very patient with him he ran my card asked me to repeat it like 4 times because He was having issues with the screen he then asked for my zip code and said it was invalid and it wasn’t going through, I simply told him never mind to cancel the order that’s I never had any issues as I’ve ordered before, something told me to check my bank account and sure enough there were two transactions and one refund so I called back and asked to speak to a manager this time a women answered and she said speaking with this rude tone, I said I’m not sure what happened or why the man who placed my order was stating my zip code was invalid and I explained to her the transactions In my bank account with even hearing my story she cut me off and said the refund may take 3-5 business day I simply answered to her wow, thanks for solving my order she then hung up on me, I called back to ask for her name , she was very unproffesional and didn’t even bother giving me the option to just place an order since the transaction obviously went through at the end of the customers should feel happy and sadly for dominoes they have managers who don’t care about solving issues, needless to say their lucky both refunds went back the same day if not I would’ve went personally to have my issue solved and get all their names won’t be ordering from here again I hope the place runs...
Read moreI ordered a med pepperoni pizza and a stuffed cheese bread. I say this because I expected the order to be completed promptly since the app said 12-15 minutes. I received my order about an hour after I placed it. I was upset so I went inside to voice my frustration but when I walked in I saw Jeovany (I asked his name afterwards) and he was completely alone. He told me my order was next but he had an order for 30 pizzas that was right before me. I say all this because even though he was alone for a long time he kept cranking out pizzas. While I was waiting I saw that a delivery driver stepped up and helped pack up the pizza.
Jeovany did nothing or of the ordinary. He didn’t complain about anything he just said “I’m sorry, I’m doing my best” and kept making pizza. I respect the fact that he didn’t complain and just held the store down. I left the store while he was still working on the giant order then returned once it was ready but by then everyone else showed up. And I understand that things happen and you might be late for work but I just wanted to make sure someone said something positive about Jeovany cause his coworkers might say “Oh my bad” or go and explain why they should up late. But I want everyone to know I truly appreciate Jeovany for the hard...
