There was a mix up with the phone numbers and an employee "nick" randomly cancel my order after I had been waiting for 20 minutes the app didn't notify me that he canceled the order so I went in and reordered the pizza at first he didn't want to take my order because he assumed that I previously placed a order under a name of Jose but I do not know a single person named "Jose" it took another co-worker to tell him to take my order and when he finally started making my order I was apologizing for any inconvenience but even then I could tell with the snarky remarks he made and the horrible customer service that he was upset so that made me extremely uncomfortable made me feel as if I needed to watch him make the pizza for my safety, Nick's customer service was horrible and not worth the hour wait for the pizza because the dough was undercooked. And when I politely confronted him and told him his customer service was not good and told him I'd be writing a review he blantly and rudely said "ok that's fine I dont care". And also while making my pizza he was not wearing gloves and handling his personal phone. And he also got every detail of my order wrong I ordered 1 veggie pizza, extra cheese and he gave me a plain cheese pizza, and also there was barely any cheese on any of the 3 pizzas I ordered, there was spots of cheese missing on all the pizzas as if he randomly threw toppings on the pizza with 0 care, for the other pizzas I ordered a alfredo sauce pizza with chicken and Philly steak there was barely any Alfredo sauce on it and I specifically asked for extra Alfredo sauce. Read moreA night I wont forget... 10 years since I've eaten Dominos.. Ordered on the app... cheese does not count as a topping, so it is an additional charge... went and picked up, delivery guy inside the store was hollering how a customer only tipped him $2.. got my pies, went home, panpizza had dough that was still raw, not undercooked, raw... very skimpy toppings even though add says toppins all the way to the edge... tried to call store twice... 10 minute wait on first call, 5 for the other, no answer... went to store with bad pie... Yamiel the lady who made my pizza looks at the pizza and says "you ate half a pizza?" lifts the pizza to show others in the store... I tell her that the rest of the pizza that we did not eat is at home... she offers to remake it in 10 minutes (kinda figures why the dough is raw), and I say I just want a refund for the pie... I am then told that per policy in order to refund she needed the other pie that I had told her was fine. I remind her that I tried to call twice and no answer (phone was off the hook btw), and if I had known I would have brought it. I leave in a huff cause logic is not with Dominos... grab other pizza and the uneaten dough and go back to store... at least I got my refund... wont be going back to dominos ever...

Read moreThis is the worst Dominoes (STORE#3267) EVER! This is the second time and the last time that I ever order from here. I order 2 boxes of cheese pizza and chocolate lava cakes for my kids that were waiting for an hour to eat. Pretty simple order. They send me an order of a different family. Flat bread pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni and the other was meat lovers. We called them to let them know they got our order all wrong and the employee was very rude and got an attitude with us. And did not want to give us our money back. I got upset because I did not want to leave the house for nothing and I told them that I will go personally and give them the pizza and to get my money back. He went ahead and threatened me that he was going to call the cops. lol. Because they messed up our order. When I get up there they have about 15 people waiting and complaining about the same issue that I was having. I tried to get the receipt for my refund and he told me in a high tone voice that “he did not have it!” I thought that was so rude especially with everything going on. How can’t you provide a customer proof of their refund? On top of that with tip and all. I never report or complain but this is not right at all. After I’m done with this post I’m going straight to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) I think this location needs better management.
