Received the wrong order, when I called the store to express my concern “David” (i don’t believe this was his name) immediately started giving me attitude saying there’s nothing he can do and that they can’t replace my order being they didn’t have anymore drivers for the night. I told him it says right on dominoes website that it says “if you’re not completely satisfied with your dominoes delivery experience for whatever reason, dominoes will make it right.” He said he doesn’t have to and the best he can do is give me store credit and I told him i never go in, that i always order online. He said he isn’t going to help me and said he cancelled that request and the proceeded to talk over me and kept saying he doesn’t have to do anything for me and that he didn’t know what was wrong with my pizza and i tried telling him what was missing and he said that i was bothering him and taking time away from his work and hung up on me.. There was no call. Then they said they canceled the order, but that it was ready, but had to charge me again. Ok. Fine. (whatever happened to free if not there in 30 min?!!) Called again at 9:02...still no pizza. Asked associate if it was unreasonable if I asked that they would comp the pizza. She put me on the phone with manager. Manage said he understood that I canceled my pizza (Nope) and that one of their “insiders” tried to call me (Nope again 😕) somehow it felt like it was my fault they gave poor service. He told me his GM would give me a 50% off coupon for the trouble. That almost felt insulting. Read moreI usually don’t post negative stuff; mom always says”if you don’t have anything nice to say...” but tonight was the last straw Dominos. Today was the second time my family received burnt pizza from this location (I wish I could include a picture). When my wife called to let them know this is the second time this has happened and the manager offered a replacement pizza. When the second pizza arrived the delivery person told me that thin crust pizza is always burnt and that I needed to give her the burnt pizza. When I told her that my daughter needed to eat something before she left for a school function and had to have a couple of pieces that were burnt. The driver began to argue with me. Don’t worry Dominoes we will never have this conversation again.
I have enjoyed pizza from Domino’s in three different countries and in multiple states across the United States and this is the first location that has ever told me that all thin crust pizza is burnt. Unfortunately the Serento Road location is the only location that delivers...
