Do not order from this Domino's. They have ripped me off incredibly and I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled by their unprofessionalism and thievery. Last night, I ordered online off of Domino's website, and I had a gift card which, mind you, I had not used yet. It was supposed to have 25 dollars on it. For some reason, on the order form, it wouldn't let me just type in the card number and it forced me to type in my debit card information which made absolutely no sense. I still entered it and said I would pay on arrival, thinking I could just show them my card. Of course, when the pizza man arrived, I told him I had a gift card and he refused it, which I think is ridiculous in itself because other pizza companies such as 5Star have scanning devices (it's 2015, most people pay with cards and don't have cash on them). So it's apparent that they are unorganized. But that's not even the bad part. The pizza guy said that I need to pay with cash, but since I didn't have any, I needed to call the store and he would wait. I went into my room to get the number for this Domino's, leaving my card briefly in the kitchen. I returned and the pizza guy was still standing outside. I called the number and said I had a gift card, but the man, Scott, said that it had zero balance (which made no sense considering I haven't used it). I tried to explain to him that the gift card was probably charged when I entered it on the order form, but he said no it was at zero balance. I didn't want to argue so I said I could give him my debit card over the phone. He asked for the number and security code on the back, and not even a day later, there have been fraudulent charges made on my account. A 50 dollar payment was made for a playstation gift card, and I'm sure other things would have been purchased had I not canceled my debit card. Either the man on the phone or the pizza guy wrote down my number before spending my hard-earned cash that I had just earned from work. I would never accuse anyone but this happened way too close together and it's too much of a coincidence. I didn't give the number out to anyone else. I will not let this company get away with this as it is unethical, unprofessional, and completely disgusting behavior. It is completely unfair to do this to a college student who is trying to make a living. I am completely disgusted and I see that I'm not the only one who left a negative review. Something needs to be done about this place - whether that be shutting it down or firing the people who did this. I am disgusted and beyond angry. Again, I would never accuse anyone, and I guess someone could have intercepted the phone call. But it all seems extremely suspicious with this store's apparent bad credibility and the unprofessionalism of how the situation...
Read moreI tried to place an order for delivery online three times and it kept saying an error had occurred check back soon or contact store...so then I tried to place an order for carryout and it said the same thing ...so then I tried to call the store but you have to place your order with an automated system and I couldn't apply a coupon that way so I decided to just drive to the store and order. Halfway to the store my online carryout order went through...so when my order was ready I proceeded inside the store and gave my name...I then politely and calmly explained that I tried placing my order online five times before deciding to drive to the store...I did not get the female employees name so all I can say is that she was a very unpleasant rather Large girl , now before anyone thinks I'm picking because of her weight let me go ahead and say that I myself am large and have recently lost over 50 pounds so it's not a bullying thing I promise...as a matter of fact she seemed like a bully...She had a VERY RUDE attitude and then proceeded to toss my change into their tip can without even asking....now I don't care about the change as it was a petty 10¢ ...But it's the way she acted and went about things was totally inappropriate and I have worked in customer service myself fastfood and Walmart so there's no excuse for her attitude or actions... Clearly she needs to choose a new line of employment. I do hope everyone has a Happy and Blessed New Year and if you go to this domino's location I hope you don't have to deal with this RUDE unruly girl. On a side note the pizza was very good and the Gentleman named Chris was very polite and Nice.

Read moreNo one really orders dominoes for being the best. It's usually a coupon. And or time at night. But I've never seen them mess up like they have the past few deliveries I ordered. Completely got the one day wrong. The store NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE causing you to be transferred to another store or answering plane THAT IS CLUELESS and can't help with any issues. They tell you to call the same store THAT TRANSFERRED your call to THEM. It's beyond aggravating. So I had to go online to do a complaint online. I took pictures. Shared my receipt. I explained that my kids CAN NOT EAT ANYTHING. I called over and over. No help. The call center transferred me back and forth line three different tubes. I still have never got my money back or a replacement order for this entire disaster of a night wit. The time before this same thing. Lg Brooklyn style 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni pizza. Daughter couldn't eat. Multiple times I'm paying delivery because I don't have transportation. Or id drive right up there. I always tip well. The driver's are usually nice. As that's the ONLY HUMAN CONTACT you'll get from the store on north Ponce de Leon. . It's bad enough there are no real.... REAL pizza places beside deleons but they won't deliver. The least they could do is read the order. OR FIX THE MISTAKE as it happens. No biggie. But the amount of obstacles a customer does through...
