Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Tonight (9/2/22), three of four parts of my order were ready when I walked into the store. The fourth item was missing, so I had to wait for them to put it in the oven and be cooked (knocks review down to four stars). During that time, I watched a lady receive an incorrect pizza for the second time, a gentleman be told he his lava cake was not made and he would have to wait for it to be "dropped", a second gentlemen said he received a text message that his order was ready only to be told by one of the employees that it's only an "estimate" and his food was still 10-15 min away from being finished. I don't know how you mark something ready if it's still cooking... There was one customer in line when I walked in and seven when I walked out. Bad Friday night for dominos. After I got home I found out there was no icing in my two cinnamon twist orders (knocks review down to three stars). Enjoyed the pizza though and was very happy it wasn't a ball of grease like some pizza places. Tried the garlic parmesan "sauce" for the first time and it was alright, the wife would order it...

2023 Update: Been a Domino’s customer for over 30 years and my whole family agrees these were the best Domino’s we’ve ever had! Sauce was excellent, loved the soft huge puffy crusts and ingredients were on point! Don’t change a single thing please! Great job!

Review from 2017: While I'll always prefer mom-n-pop restaurants (be it NY-style, Chicago deep dish pies, coal-fired, etc) over chains for pizza, sometimes the budget onlu allows for the latter. With that in mind, I find this Domino's location on Gunn (by Ace Hardware) is aces. The place is always super clean, the staff has never once been anything less than genuinely pleasant (not with scripted cloying cheer), and the pizza is always spot on as I ordered it, and delicious for being a chain. Keep in mind, I always order online, and pick it up myself. Delivery will likely affect your experience, but I have nothing to contribute as to that. They almost always have great carry-out specials. I ordered 6 pizzas for a Kids Birthday Party, they took the order and charged my card only to call me back in an hour and inform me That THEY DO NOT SERVE THAT AREA. I PROVIDED THE ADDRESS WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. YOU COULD INFORM RIGHT AWAY BUT NOT CHARGE THE CARD AND CALL ME BACK IN AN HOUR. THE TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE, THE ORDER WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY.
