Quick, accurate, great pizza. However, it continues to be uncomfortable to pick up a pizza to have the cashier tell me to 'just answer the question that will pop up next" when that question is whether I will give him/her a tip. I can tell that it is uncomfortable for them to ask and it is uncomfortable to be asked. I gladly pay a driver that spends 10-20 minutes to serve me, buy 30 seconds to take my money? And they expect a tip conparable to that driver? Why would anyone want to do 20 minute deliveries when they can 'rake it in' in 30 seconds? Maybe that is why Delivery was not offered as an option tonight.
I already don't like having my grocery cashier ask me if I would like to donate $1 to..." At least they are not asking for a tip, too (yet). What is the point of paying a cashier just for 30 seconds to take my money and hand me a pizza? If Dominos need to pay them more, then do it and raise the price by $1.
Since when has it become OK for my food vendors to beg for money after I make a purchase? I already donate some $15K annually, to people that I deem appropriate. I don't need to be accosted by my vendors. I have been avoiding Dominos rather than deal with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a vegetarian pizza on-line, the porches was really straight forward and easy. I attended Domino's and collected the pizza. On returning home and opening the box I discovered that the pizza contained sausage. Obviously I was not impressed with this, so I tried calling, but after selecting the appropriate options, no one answered. I then called again and used the option to order a pizza. I female answered and on explaining the issue she said 'I will transfer you to someone that can assist" and shortly after the line went dead. I was now very unimpressed with Domino's. I drove back to Domino's, explained the situation to two females members of staff and one told me I ordered sausage. The other female checked the order and said, 'No, we made the mistake". I was told to wait whilst they made another. Approximately 15 minutes later I received the correct pizza and the female that handed it to me made no apology or offered any type of recompense. I was totally discussed with the staffs attitude and the fact that they accepted no reasonability for their error. Domino's you seriously need to provide staff training as your customer services has a lot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called them back about a pizza that was made and was unsatisfactory ( burnt, incorrectly sliced, disproportionately topped) and the manager was very understanding and whoever remade that order was very professional, but last night a pizza (3/19/19) was made for me that was just awful looking and when I asked for a remake and some compensation back they told me that they were too busy to even remake the pizza and refused any compensations and people in the background were cursing, and they had told me that a manager was not there at all. I argued with these people for 20 minutes over this before someone came to the phone in a rage and hung it up. When I called back, I finally got someone who was a manager, Curtis, And even he did not want to refund for this awful looking white pie; But after all he was more apologetic than the two people that I had spoken to before that together, and they made me a remake, and another exact pizza of the same size and quality and they turned out much better. I'll post he picture of this awful pizza later but because of their incompetence and severe lack of customer service quality i'm changing my rating from...
