Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Once again I tried Dominos Pizza and again they screw up this place hire a bunch of unprofessional with no customer service experience I placed the order the driver took 20 minutes to get to my house which by the way it’s only 7 to 8 minutes, the pizza was cold the pasta was cold the pasta you could count the penne pasta there was 10 and 4 pieces of chicken the worst chicken Alfredo I have ever had I’ll never order again nor will recommend anyone to order from that place is nasty and very unprofessional expend your money somewhere else it will be worth it.

06-12-2020 What a shame!! With too many people wanting to work and that they have this unprofessional and rude employees in this dominos pizza location! I order a pizza today around 4:05pm and according to the app the driver left the store at 4:24pm ten minutes later the app showed the driver delivered the pizza, and it was not true in fact it’s 5:01pm and the driver has not show up to deliver the pizza I called and asked for the manager and I got someone name Nathan the assistant manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful as well as the manager Joe Wilson, the driver showed that the pizza was delivered 10 minutes after I placed the order, according to the app he left the store at 4:24pm it’s 4:55 pm and the driver have not delivered the pizza, I’ll not recommend anyone to order from this dominos pizza they’re very rude and...

I placed an order for a medium cheese pizza and cinnamon twists at 12:18, I followed the tracker and the pizza left the oven at 12:27, it didn't leave the store until 1:05. I called asking where my pizza was, because at 1:20, I still didn't have my pizza. The manager stated it was delayed due to rain and should be there soon, I asked if it was going to be good since it had been sitting around for 30 minutes, she said it was fine because it sat in the oven. I received my pizza and opened it, it looked like it had been sitting for a long time and was not hot. I called the store back and spoke to the manager, she said she would send me out a new pizza. I said I've already waited over an hour for this one and I don't want a new pizza, I want to be refunded. The manager than proceeded to tell me I could bring the pizza back if I wanted a refund. I was trying to speak and she continued to speak over me and had a horrible attitude. She finally told me she would refund my money...

My 14 year old came in and ordered wings for carry out. A manager took her order. My daughter paid cash. Apparently, that manager left. After she waited 20 minutes for wings she was then accused of trying to steal them. The staff ganged up on her. She was in tears. They called this previous manager who verified she did pay. That should never happen. For one thing nobody wants 20 minutes in the lobby for a carry out to steal it. U walk in order then pay and wait. Nobody should be treated that way. I called and the manager "Leah" said the other manager made a mistake. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service. Unbelievable. I have been a manager in a restaurant for 24 years. Never once made a customer cry. Never accused anyone of stealing unless I absolutely knew all the facts before confronting a customer. NO MATTER HOW OLD THEY ARE.
