Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

Best Burger King ever. Wonderful employees with great customer service. Treat you like family and are so helpful and try to get everything perfect. Food is always good and hot too. To those complaining.. nothing is perfect. Give them another chance and kindness helps. Great menu too!

3-2-19 I just read the reviews by Kenneth Purvis and Brittney Berger. I’m wondering what their agenda might be to disparage this Burger King and it’s employees like they do.

Kenneth mentions no update in 8 .. 8 what? Years?). Does he mean renovation? If he does then he is incorrect. According to the BK District Manager this location HAS been recently renovated, certainly in the last 8 years! Management does care. I’ve watched them in action while dining in.

Brittneys’s comments couldn’t be further from the truth. This restaurant is always clean, both inside and outside. Brittney’s comment, leading you to believe the kitchen is dirty is misleading and since she has not been in the kitchen how can she make that comment? I get coffee almost every morning and stop by most days for something. I have never seen it dirty like she says it is, or slightly dirty....ever! And the ladies restroom is always immaculate! I’ve never seen people ‘hanging out’. There might be adult patrons in the parking lot drinking coffee or talking together, but I have never seen what she describes or what you might imagine that she describes! My food is never “nasty” (as Brittney describes hers is), nor is my service slow.

Okay, so I don't normally write any bad reviews for any restaurants or places that me and my family visit. However, this location has got to be one of the worst experiences we have had at any fast-food restaurant. First of all, the employees were rude and simply stayed silent when we took our order and asked for ice on our cups because the soda machine was out of ice. This is disappointing for any restaurant because I have been treated with respect everywhere else, but it seems that the employees do not care about any sort of customer service here. The service was very slow, and it took us about ten minutes to get our order, even with two to three cars in the drive-thru and one other person in the lobby. The interior of the store is very dirty, with many bags on the metal shelves and the walls and the floors not being cleaned and are instead covered with many fingerprints. The fry station was dirty as well because there were many French fries all over the floor and none of the employees took the opportunity to clean up their area, when they should have done that when the store is not busy, which usually happens most of the day. I guess the only good thing is the food, with the flame-broiled burgers being good, but not quite as much as McDonald's or Wendy's in my opinion. As a result, we are done with this location and we will not do our business here. I highly recommend you to avoid this place at all costs and go to a different restaurant because the slow service, rude employees, and dirty atmosphere is completely unacceptable and not worth your...

Food-- The food is cold. The food is either over cooked, or the additions (lettuce, for example) are old and should not be served.. The drink my wife got was probably from a drive-away order because every single piece of ice in the cup was melted by the time I got it home to her (less than a 5 minute drive). The french fries were undercooked, COLD, and absolutely disgusting.

Decor-- Its a fast food place. Its neither exceptionally clean or dirty. The seats have some rips from age. Its "good" for a fast food place in the area.

Service-- Tried to call them 8 times from home about the food. Ordered a "Hamburger" three times over the intercom, at the window asked if it was a hamburger, "No its a cheeseburger kids meal." I told him to makeit a hamburger, they came back with an attitude. -- Could not ever get them to answer the phone about the poor quality of the food... Must know that they were giving out bad food today and don't want to discuss it... Or have some sort of "window of opportunity" they are trying to evade.

Overall: The experience going to this Burger King was terrible. If it weren't he only one within 20 miles of my home, I'd drive a couple extra miles and go to a different one because I won't do business at this BK again. Guess I'm eating elsewhere...
