I've been getting pizza from this location for at least 5 years. All in all they're pretty good. Like most places I've had issues with what I've received but never really took the time to write a review about it. The last time I ordered they raised the minimum price for delivery I believe to $20.(it was $10 or so) Now my issue is I always order their large with 3 toppings and 3 cokes ,on average. Now my orders generally just meet this price but if I try to use the rewards on orders or special offers it brings the price down so now I must bring my order up to price, They charge a delivery fee.and I always tip the driver $9. They do not use your total order charge for the minimum price just the food they do not even use the price before coupon/special offers to calculate minimum price. So for someone like me what's the use? I don't need extra food? The last order I placed was on 8/8/2025 and I had told the driver to tell the management I would not be ordering any more and explained why. I was not saying this in a rude or hostile way but just a matter of fact. Now on my profile on the app. I see from 02/17/2024 (I guess that's as long back as they keep information) I have placed roughly 98 orders, online and used my rewards about 24 times(usually for a coke or the brownies as the reward for free pizza only give you the smaller size, Not the size I order. Read moreI placed an order at 12:09 and then called the store 40 mins later after I noticed my pizza still had not gone in the oven the employee seemed aggravated and told d me my order won't go in the oven for a whole hour more because they didn't have another driver I then asked to speak to a manager who was very rude and she kept saying they are short staffed when I finally agreed to wait for the food I paid for she hung up on me that was at 12:45 I waited until right before 2pm when they cancelled the 30 dollar order I waited 2 hours for and not 1 apology and now I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund and still have to order more food..I have worked in fast food over 20 years and this is just unacceptable you treat your customers like we are the reason you are short staffed but if the manager is that way with customers I can only imagine how she is with...

Terrible customer service, estimated 80-90 minutes for the pizzas (no problem!) at 2 hour mark call restaurant - wondering where is pizza especially given the text 20 minute prior stating, "Dylan has entered your neighborhood". Maybe our neighborhood is Sarasota? or the state of Florida? Am told 25-30 more minutes for the delivery. Let employee know that we can't wait that long - have to go to sleep, we will cancel. Snarky, "oh, you want to cancel the order for the pizza you already paid for?". We ordered that pizza TWO hours ago and no pizza for 30 more minutes! No apology - rude.
