Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I called in on sunday nov 3 2019 at 5:08 pm ordered boneless chicken wings, lava cakes and a Alfredo "chicken" pasta bowl not in bread bowl ....was told would be about 50 mins from this store on navy blvd....hour later i called the dominos on navy blvd i ordered from and asked about my order young man said we was to busy to fill your order so i transfered it to our hwy 98 store.....wow .... Would have been nice of him to inform me of this transfer when i ordered.....anyway i finally got my order 10 to 15 mins later .....now over a hour 15 mins approximately....driver was great....however when i get inside and i tip well mind you.... My "chicken" Alfredo pasta bowl was very light on pasta not even half full and had no "chicken" what so ever in it. I took a picture of it called the navy store to inform the young man who transferred my order to the hwy 98 store in Pensacola Florida to start with ... when i offered to send him the picture by text ,email as proof he immediately thought i wanted something for free....but i informed him that was not why i was calling and informing him ...i just wanted him and dominos to know i was going to put in this bad review....you see I'm the GM of Miss Kathy's L Z in the same complex as this dominos on navy blvd and lately they have messed up at least 9 orders our business has ordered or our customers and or employees have ordered from this store on Navy Blvd in Pensacola and being in the service industry ourselves thought they Dominos corprate should know....now we will start pushing the local sub shops close by our bar that delivers ....subway...jersey mikes....jimmy johns and other pizza outlets close by...so no i didn't do this or call y'all back to get something free but don't like what you did or how you handled my call by assuming. I recently ordered from this store (about 3 weeks ago). I found this store online and called around 9pm but no one answered. I tried again and still no answer. What I was hoping to order was a $19.99 special, 2 medium one topping pizzas, 2 orders of twisted knots and a 2 litre bottle of soda. I found another location but was told that I really should order from the store in my zone. I told them I tried calling but no one answered the phone - he said, they're not answering phone again. I called a 3rd time and finally got through. What began was a confusing, increasingly deceptive process. Initially, a man answered, I told him I was trying to order online but the system wasn't allowing certain entries. That's why I called. I kept telling him I wanted the special ( as detailed above) - he became impatient and passed the phone to a woman - I repeated what I wanted- she kept asking what I wanted on pizza- I kept saying that there was only one topping- she said you can have others- i gave in and said whatever. When order came about 50 minutes later, it comprised of one multi topping pizza, one order of garlic knots and a 2 litre bottle of soda. I called the store back and was told they didn't know what I was talking about. I have notified corporate via email several times and told they have forwarded my "concerns" to the store. So far I haven't heard from anyone. I will not do business with any...

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, paid extra for extra cheese and pepperoni, light sauce on a pan pizza. Also ordered a second pizza and it was suppose to have 2 toppings. One was completely left off and the extra cheese extra pepperoni had less toppings than the ones we have always ordered. The general manager Mr. Brant Ford answered and when I told him what was wrong and asked what needed to be done he proceeded to tell me we did leave that sauce off there but I cut the pepperoni pizza and it was perfect. I'm not sure if he is there all the time and usually makes them but it was not to the normal standard they have presented us with before. It was rude for him first to blatantly tell me I was lying and then he encouraged me to come by. It was delivery for a reason and I tipped your driver five bucks for his inconvininece of coming on to a military base. This was the nastiest and rudest general manager I have ever encountered just over the phone. I know people try to scam them, we have a small restraunt. That's not what is happening here. I dont usually lose my temper but I got more hateful than normal when told i needed to come by because it was perfect. I dont plan to now go there but encourage all people especially military families to steer clear of this crooked fellow. Never been so insulted by a manager of a business, and am surprised by his disgusting attitude that he has made it...
