I pulled up in front of the store ordered (2) Pizza & (2) Orders of wings online waited a few minutes and my son went in and paid for our food it said about 17 minutes on the app before our food will be ready! After waiting 10 to 15 I decided to walk next door to Subway to get cookies. When I got there it was three people in line two ordering and one waiting cool I'm waiting on food from next door. I'm thinking we'll at least the food will be ready by the time I leave out of here I ordered a dozen of cookies after waiting about 15 minutes are so...I checked my email to see if I got a notification from them about the Pizza being ready and sure enough I did!! When I got back to the car I told my son he went inside to get Pizza & Wings only to be told our order wasn't never placed due to machine error but it allowed them to see the order and take our money and I got an email saying it was ready as well....So now we're facing almost an hour which is delivery time. It was people waiting in the lobby to order and that had already ordered. It was people waiting outside for curbside but they seem to be more focused on getting delivery out. I had to wait due to others ordering and another customer waiting almost an hour for pasta & wings before I could talk with the cashier. She finally got to me and I told her I'd just like a refund. She went through the computer to find our order I pulled it up on my phone and told her the amount. She went and verified the information and gave me $28 back instead of the $27.91. She said I gave you the dollar due to not having any change. I asked for a manger whom was behind her cutting pizza. She went and told her I'd like to speak to her she said something and the cashier came back and look at me and humped her shoulders and like I'm sorry I can't make her come!!!! I asked her name and was told "Tiffany" I told the cashier okay & thanks..The guy that was waiting for wings & pasta came in after us he was waiting on the side of us the entire time. He felt bad for us waiting that long and said " You guys were here way before I was I hope they give you a refund and food due to the error. He got the wrong wings and had to still wait even longer. The manager yelled and told the cashier to see what kind of wing he had he said plan so the first order of plain wings came he got he yelled yahhh finally. I use this store when were on this said of town Navy Blvd is our main which I have had issues withem but as soon as I call mentioned them the manger corrects the issue which makes everything even better.    Read moreThis is my second attempt of leaving a review as my last review was deleted. After ordering online I never received my food so I called the store to them know. I have order online numerous of times with no problems from this store, but when I called them they told me they tried to call me 5 times and never received one call. I then told Alana who is the shift manager I'll just come get it. When I arrived I asked to speak to Alana and they said your the guy that was on the phone, I responded yes. As they started to get Alana I also asked if I could get my delivery fee and tip reimbursed and a lady claiming to be a manager told me she was not going to give me no refund and it was all my fault my food wasn't delivered. After saying some choice words and coming out of my normal character which I feel deep remorse for those words I left. If this lady I spoke with is a manager she needs to be relieved of duty and replaced ASAP for being unprofessional and unable to handle customers in a responsible manner. I also called corporate and let them know the situation and they informed me they would get ahold of the owner since this is a franchise store and still have not heard a response after 4 days. The corporate lady I spoke to apologised to me over and over again and said this is not how they conduct business and it would be handled. Seeing that this is a franchise store and is privately owned, I'm sure the owner doesn't care about nothing but money seeing I have not heard back. I will be contacting corporate again to do a follow up. They will never get my business again that is for sure and I recommend getting your pizza somewhere else judging by the 3.9 out of 5 star...
   Read moreThey admitted that their system messed something up when I paid cash in store and was later notified of a credit card charge for that same online order I'd intentionally abandoned due to my impatience with the time it was taking to do it when 1 call would have it ordered and n the oven in 5 minutes. Well, by my observation, phone orders aren't taken in store these days. They're rerouted, outsourced for someone else to type online for you and there is no human contact or communication between calls and store employees so, things that would normally not happen can happen. Things like being unknowingly charged on my credit card on an incomplete online order but, also paying for it in cash ending up paying for 2 separate orders for the exact same order. I called the number for the actual store and the night manager hadn't experienced a situation such as this before so she went to fetch the gentleman who then helped me out with this issue. Please forgive me sir, as I cannot remember your name, I believe it was James đŹ my apologies! He handled it by way that the $ was to be returned to my credit card and a credit for that same charge put on the books in my name. I haven't seen it returned to my credit card as of yet but that takes 5-7 business days. These 2 managers handled my situation very professionally while staying friendly and polite, even with the frustrations of today's technology and the changes we are all learning to constantly adapt to. This is the one and only issue that I've ever had with this Domino's location and we've eaten with them for many years now.
