This rating is for the Publix there. It is located in a convenient area. It's restrooms are clean and fully stocked. If their employees see you wandering around looking lost they'll approach you and ask you if they can help you find anything. Their isles are well organized and fully stocked. Their deli offers ready to cook meals with instructions and all the fixings. They prepare fresh sushi daily. The bakery prepares fresh pastries daily. They sell a wide variety of teas. And they have a wide assortment of different products to suit your everyday needs. At checkout they always greet you warmly and most of the time they offer to assist you by pushing your groceries to and loading your groceries into your vehicle. I love Publix. Customer service at this particular location is frequently delivered, however, by one particular employee, with a contentious, 'ghetto' attitude. There is a way to tell a customer you're policies don't permit you to do something. It's not with a big sigh, rolling your eyes, and an argumentative/dismissive/condescending tone.

I'm to the point of trying to avoid this store, which happens to be my most convenient Publix, all because of this one employee.

I've even tried to involve management.

If I want to be mistreated, I'll go to Walmart on Mobile Hwy.
