Not sure if this will make any difference, but I have never in my life had worst customer service. I’m not one to usually say anything because I have worked in the service industry, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, and Arby’s as a manager, and as started off as front counter and drive-through attendant. I was a trainer for drive-through and front counter for over 10 years. The two young ladies that were at your establishment on Mobile Highway this this evening from approximately 10:45-11:20 we’re so incredibly disrespectful not just to me, but also to the three cars behind myself. The young lady did not take the order right, I spent far too long waiting for my order because they were playing around and insulting the cars behind me. And before I left and when I scanned the QR code to write a review after finally getting my complete order, the young lady at the drive-through window busted out laughing. So clearly nothing has been done in the past, and I cannot be the only one that has a problem with the attitude and disrespect of these young ladies that I dealt with tonight. I know this will probably fall on deaf ears, but I will never go to the establishment again. My kids are very frequent regulars, and I will be putting a review on every possible thing I can because this type of disrespect should not be happening, and these young ladies clearly have any idea of consequences because they probably have not been held accountable for their horrible behavior, or managemment/owners don’t give a care about how they are acting in said establishment. Believe me, I know there are 1 million Karen's out there, but I am not one of them. I work in the customer service field in the nursing field and I deal with them every day. Read moreTuesday night around 9:45 I went to the Michigan Hwy location. I only went for a large strawberry slushy. Long story short. There was one guy working this location by himself. His name is Marco. What prompted me to do this review was the OUTSTANDING SERVICE that was provided to us. This man took orders. Prepared whatever was requested. Was so patient. He had a great attitude while doing it. The establishment looked clean. He was one of the nicest people in the restaurant industry that I’ve ran into in a long time. Marco deserves a raise. We were impressed how well he handled everything with no one there to help. The slushy was so good. You can tell it wasn’t rushed & thrown together. We had to go back & get my oldest daughter a slushy after she had some of mine. It was on my heart to tip him he DESERVED that tip. Wish I could’ve given him more. Marco I hope you see this review. Read moreI ordered through the app the grilled cheese double burger special they have going on right now. I asked for no mustard and if course they put almost the whole bottle of mustard on a thrown together burger. When I called to get it corrected the manager I'm assuming in the background was rude stating she wasn't replacing it because u didn't have the receipt. I told her I have the one in my phone and it's not my fault that they failed to give me a hard copy. Eventually they agree to remake the burger but this time they just gave me a double cheese not the grilled cheese. I usually never have problems with this sonic, but I'm making this review because the manager was rude, the food was still wrong and for fast food workers to think they deserve $15 an hour when you simply can't read and follow instructions is beyond me.
