I've been coming here for years. I've never had any real issues before today. I usually come by for breakfast on my way to work. I order the same thing every time, and never have a problem. I've worked in the food industry my entire adult life, and I'm a business owner of 12 years so I could write a book on customer service. I'm overly polite whenever I order food through a drive through because I believe our body launguage says a lot for us, and while using a drive through window, we only go off the sound of our voice. So anyway, I order my half dozen donuts for work, and go to tell THE MANAGER who is taking my order, that only two donuts are going to be a special order, and the rest are assorted. Before I get my second word out, she cuts me off and says "just tell me the rest of your order". "I'll deal with that later". Now I understand cutting me off and pretty much telling me what I have to say is not important at all, might not be a big deal to most. It's a very big deal to me. I think it's so disrespectful. Any manager should know better. Then when I pull up to the window she walked away and didn't say a word to me. My drink was wrong, but I just took It because I didn't want to have to talk to her, and the two donuts I asked for we're also wrong. She was so worried about cutting me off and saying what she had to say, she didn't listen to anything I ordered. Or, she just didn't care? You need a new manager! Maybe someone who doesn't have such a...

Read moreI’m a huge coffee drinker and I have as super excited for this location to open because it’s on my way to work. So far my coffees have been okay but a bit watery. Yesterday I ordered bacon and egg on and English muffin. No cheese because I don’t like american cheese. I get to work and it’s bacon and cheese on a soggy untoasted muffin. So I call and they tell me to come back tomorrow and they’ll make me a new one. So I did go back today and explained and was told they’d make me a fresh one. When I get to the window I’m told, sorry they are still frozen. They offer me a bagel which I decline because I don’t like bagels. And they say sorry about that ma’am. Charge me for my coffee and send me on my way. I call again to speak to a manager and she says “ sorry they were frozen” and I found her completely unhelpful. I wasn’t given a refund. My coffee wasn’t discounted. Nothing. Mind you, the muffin I didn’t eat or have replaced was almost $4 and the coffee was $2. I will go the long way to work and find a place that respects and cares about their customers. Very disappointing since I’ve been enjoying Dunkin’ my entire life as a New England native. You guys need to treat your customers better. We pay too much money for coffee and food for it to be less...
