I have always given subway a good review but as of today I can't anymore. Let me say right off that it isn't the employees because they were Great workers that gave us service with a smile and we couldn't ask for any better. IT IS ALL SUBWAY OWNERS FAULT!!! Five of are crew went to subway today for lunch,. "As we do 2 or 3 time's a week" and each one of us got a different six inch combo that now is over $11 dollars each. When we sit down we all begin to look at the subs and there was hardly any meat on any of them, I mean all the subs together wouldn't have made a foot long sub a month ago. I understand that everyone is cutting back some due to cost but that's cutting the sub's back and raising the cost quite a lot. Well this once faithful subway customer just wants to know " HOW CAN MY FAMILY SAVE MONEY IN THIS CRAZY ECONOMY WHEN FOOD CHAINS LIKE YOURSELF IS HITTING US WITH CRAZY HIGH RISING COST ON YOUR MENU AND LOWERING YOUR FOOD SERVINGS SO MUCH? Read moreAfter ordering five subs I waited until my order indicated it was ready to be picked up when I entered the store I was advised very rudely that the toaster was down and that the subs could be made without being toasted but I would have to wait behind several other online orders there was no customers waiting in line at the actual store at that time I asked how I can cancel the order I was told to look through the app nowhere on the app is there a place to cancel the order or ask for a refund when you attempt to contact Subway there is a message indicating to file a complaint online when I re-entered the store and asked the employee for help or a phone number I could call I was basically told to look through the app as before I have bn a customer of subway for a long time but I will no longer be after they basically robbed me of $50 as a previous customer service employees for many years my experience was not acceptable subway needs...
Read moreI've been to this location 3 times, at least a month apart. Each time between 5:30 and 6pm. Each time, there was ONE person working and a long line (7+ people). The first time, I waited. Several people left the line while I was waiting... I waited 15 minutes. I think three people were taken care of, I figured at this point I may as well stay. The next up in line, I heard her say she wanted 7 sandwiches... I left. The next two times, I saw it was the one person and a long line so I just waled out. I've never had the food here, so I cannot comment on that. However, WHO would schedule ONE person to work the dinner rush??? And consistently over a period of at least two months???
