Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience this morning with my order, the customer service was the worst I ever had in a very long time with the lady at the Drive Thru. I got my mini stuffed bagel like I do every day; the bag and the small bag inside the big bag came out so dirty, grease everywhere , like someone pick up from the floor, when I expressed my concerned with the employee at the Drive Thru, she give me so much attitude and rudeness. I requested speaking to a manager about this uncomfortable delivery, the lady starting yelling the manager's name to come to the window. The manager was very understanding but the other employee was not having any remorse how customer need to be treat. Hope this location pay attention how customer service can impact a buisness.

Had the worst morning this mornin bagel bites & a chocolate glazed donut. The reason I ordered a donut was because I had a free donut coupon with drink purchase on the app. When I got to the drive thru I told them my donut isn’t in here & the sweet old lady went to get it but then there was another lady who was African American quite heavy that had the biggest attitude telling her “what are you getting” & started saying how I didn’t order a donut I showed her the coupon when the lady tried ringing me up I said I ordered this because I had a free donut as I had my phone up with the coupon. The heavy lady kept saying “she needa pay for it it wasn’t in her order” & I just told the old lady it’s okay forget it. I work 9-9 she could’ve just gave me the donut there was no need to be so stingy when I had the coupon right there that said “FREE DONUT.” I had to get to work or else I wouldn’t made her give me a refund for everything & then ring it all up with the coupon. I am not one to usually leave bad comments or reviews unless I give the place many chances. I live very close to this Dunkin’ Donuts and was going there every day for Matcha latte iced. Then I stopped going because they never fill the cup all the way up and there would be so much ice that I could drink the whole large in one sip. So couple months later (this past two weeks) I decide to try it again but instead ask for light ice, ask for no ice, ask for two larges just so I can make sure I can get the beverage and size of my choice. I’ve always offered to pay extra or even just tip them even tho I always do anyway always do anyway (they didn’t even get it right after I tipped 4 bucks) I tried many attempts to just get the drink I wanted lol . I finally gave up and just went online and bought my own matcha so I can make the only kind of caffeinated morning drink I can have . So yeah….
