I was not pleased with HSN Outlet. I went to return a pair of unworn shoes that were to large for the person they were bought for. I explained to the lady that I would have returned them sooner but couldn't find receipt until now. The receipt date was 2/19/2022. I had planned on doing some shopping once I had taken care of the return but was not in the shopping mood after trying to return an item with a receipt. I understand the return policy is within 30 days and would have complied but couldn't find it and explained that to the clerk. I wasn't given aan option of any type. She conferred with another clerk and I was given a flat " the receipt is too old"! Now I have a pair shoes that I will donate and still have to go buy another when they could have let me exchange them had I been given that option. The thing that bothers me the most is that I shop there A LOT! I purchased more broken and used stuff then anyone can imagine but knowing that alot of their stuff has been used and they don't check it before putting it back on the floor has not deterred me from shopping there...until now. Shoes obviously not worn, with tag still attached and receipt in hand.....I was hurt and shocked! I understand rules but I'm not sure I'll be shopping there anymore. Maybe it's for the best. So if you do go there, make sure your returns are done within the 30 day time frame, and definitely check your purchases before you leave to make sure it's not broken...

I have been going to the Bardmoor Applebee's for many years and have always had friendly service and good food but after yesterday's unprofessional behavior by McKenzie I will not return when she is working. She made a scene in front of many people in the restaurant and humiliated a customer who has has been going to this Applebee's for decades and has spent thousands of dollars over the years. This is not a facility that has the required medical machinery to take care of ambulatory services. The majority of staff are nice & approachable. As I said du to lack of medical machinery for eg; They don't have an ultrasound machine to help w/locating veins on people that have issues w/having their blood works or IV put on. Was put through a lot of pain & feeling the way I did,weak & dehydrated were unable to locate a vein for procedure, had to relocate to an equipped Hospital. After over 10 pokes.
