Read moreMy children have midterms this week so I thought we could stop and get donuts since we had left a bit earlier than usual. We stopped here. This is my first and possibly last visit to this location. (We just moved to the area). We ordered 5 donuts. My kids ordered 3 strawberry and the other 2 they argued with me about was my donut which looks like a cinnamon role, but has glaze on top. She argued with me about it then informs me they do have it and it's called a coffee role. Excuse me for not know the name, it's not like they have a list of donuts on the menu. I was just describing the donut I wanted, but they couldn't get past the fact and I confirmed it wasn't a cinnamon role and yes for the billionth time we have established they don't carry those. (Good thing that wasn't what I wanted). They are very unprofessional and DO NOT listen to what the customer wants, nor are they able to come to a resolution, because they are to busy arguing and defending their own poor actions. Which I will tell you about now, the 3 donuts I confirmed 3 times, because the girl wouldn't listen to my order due to being so busy arguing about the coffee roll. I needed 3 strawberry donuts as well. I get to the window. Okay, paid for the order I ordered we did get my coffee roll so that was good, but they only gave me 2 strawberry donuts. Im trying to get my kids to school so I have my 16 year old run in thinking they would just correct the mistake no big deal, just to find out the manager was arguing with my child that "she personally put 3 donuts in the bag". After arguing with my daughter stressing her out before her exams she gave her the donut. I called to let the manager about what had happened with her staff just to find out it was her! I'm appalled at this establishment and how it's being ran. It won't be around long if this is how you treat your customers. A tip for that manager. Those customers are what gives you a job. A better attitude will go a long ways especially as...
Read moreI don’t know what happened to this place, not sure if it’s under new management at all but if it is… then whoever is managing it should be fired from the company. They got kids working in this Dunkin, kids that don’t care about servicing customers. I’m in the store as we speak and they got 2 guys at the front counter playing around with each other while running behind making 8 drinks at the same time. That’s just what I counted in front of them. I ordered online to pick up my coffee because the drive thru line was too long. Took forever for my coffee to come out and the 2 guys playing around at the front counter were being really stupid, making fart sounds and laughing hysterically with a line full of customers and backed up line at the drive thru. I count six people behind the counter and not one person moving like there was a match lit under them. These guys shouldn’t be trusted making anyone’s coffee. While I was in there waiting there were 3 customers that were ahead of me prior that came back into the store after leaving to correct their orders. Who fills up a large Dunkin cup 3/4 of the way with milk and then pours 2 drops of coffee then mixes it? Irresponsible idiots that’s who. Those guys should be fired because I’d tell you if I saw them acting that way making my coffee, this conversation would be with their management face to face and they wouldn’t like it very much. I even went to the counter after I ordered online from out in my car because then my daughter told me she wanted some munchkins. The one guy playing around just kept making drinks and walking past us, not even looking at us, acknowledging us, no customer service skill whatsoever. Not even sure how or why Dunkin Donuts would hire people like that. That’s how you’re going to lose customers and from what I’m seeing here, it’s looking like they have been getting more lower reviews than high. Management...
