Saw the Dunkin sign outside and decided to get a breakfast sandwich their. On their window there's a sign stating free donut with any purchase, on Wednesday only. Went in and asked for that special and was told by the manager it's no on. I mentioned it shows on the window but she then said it's for apt purchases only. I'll attach a phone of the ad here. She explained the $6 menu special took it's place, so I got that instead. Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant with a medium coffee and hash browns. When the sandwich was done I asked for ketchup and was informed they're out of the packets. I sat down on a torn seat bench table and ate my good. The sandwich was good and so we're the Hashbrowns and Coffee. So 4 stars for the food, 2 for the service and 2 for the atmosphere. When I was seated, a lady came in with a dog stroller and two dogs, Not Service Dogs. She didn't order anything, she was just there for a table and to use their wifi. I love dogs, have two adopted Westies currently, but I don't bring the into food establishments. Read moreI went here to grab breakfast, the 2 girls at the register charged me for a sandwich I didn’t order, and when I asked them to refund it, they charged me AGAIN for the same sandwich instead of returning the charge. Both employees at the store didn’t know how to work the register and had to call her boss because she didn’t know how to void the sale or process a refund. Then they tell me that they voided my charge, but on my bank account statement they still over charged me $10! I asked for the managers name and contact number and Alina the woman who overcharged me got all spooked and googled a random number to call and when I attempted to call, no response at all. This is disgusting. You over charge me, tell me it will be returned and then never refund me. And then when I try and reach out to the only person who can actually help they give me a false number. Never spending another dime at this...
Read moreI went the other morning for my daughter's last day of school ever and I beat the opener there by at least 10 minutes. I got there at 5:03am bc it opens at 5am. It was dark, closed down. Then after a few mins, someone pulls in. After a few mins in the car, they get out. Open sign is never turned on. She went about her business opening and after 5 mins I walked in. It was 5:22am before she was able to help me and the registers hadn't been opened, so I had to pay cash bc the credit card reader wasn't operational without the register. I also needed to get international family members to the airport and we had to leave at 530am. This shot my whole morning and caused me a bunch of unnecessary stress. All I hear from everyone is how bad the service is here at this location. This was my first (and last) time...
