This complaint is about the âGENERAL MANAGER MARIAâ you have single handedly ruined my experience for this location due to your lack of professionalism and customer service!!! I have been going to this location for 7 years and never had an issue until you started working here. The last 2 months have been horrible! I stopped coming here everyday (like normally) because she would purposely make me wait for an on the go mobile order; 15-25 minutes every time!! So I started placing my order well before I even made it to the location thinking okay maybe they are really busy I would order while I am on 41 Cleveland/Old Gladiolus (by Walmart) and my order still wouldnât be ready. Also my order is NEVER on the on the go section itâs always behind the counter and I have to ASK for it EVERYTIME!! But TODAY 3/16/22 my experience was just crazy. I waited well over 25 minutes for my order. My food was already done but my frozen coffee and doughnut were being held up by Maria. I heard another young lady working ask her whereâs the frozen coffee for the mobile order and Maria replied â Iâll make it donât worry work on the othersâ another 3-5 minutes and my order still was not up. She called approx 6 other ppl after me who ordered in line, and gave them their orders. I asked the young man who made me my food 25+ mins ago where is the rest of my order please. Iâm just waiting on the drink and doughnut. Maria replied I am still working on it one moment give us sometime. I then recited her conversation with the other employee. âWell you need to wait Iâm working on itâ. She then proceeded to get in a shouting match with me when I mentioned to her she purposely holds my food behind the counter instead of placing it where the mobile orders are and how she intentionally makes me wait. Again this was intentional and MARIA took it upon herself to hold Up time (making my children late to school and me to work) because she wants to hold some type of power, because she is the âGENERAL MANAGERâ. I wouldnât have taken this so personal had I not heard the other employee insist on making the order because it has been waiting a while. The more interesting part of her shouting match was âyou can go somehowhere elseâ. After 7 years maâam I will gladly go somewhere else because now I donât know what your capable of doing to my order. DUNKIN you should not want someone representing your company such as this; especially not in such a prestige location. 7 years .. 7 years I have been at this location and it took Maria less than 30 minutes to RUINNNNNN my experience. However, I got a chocolate milk from there and my boyfriend took a sip, said it was curdled and sour so he said to the lady working âthis tastes funny, can I switch this outâ ?â to which she replied âsure no problemâ well he did and 5 second later, the manager comes running out after him saying âuh sir you canât change this out once youâve opened itâ and my boyfriend replied with âwell I tasted it and it was sour so I switched it outâ manager replied âwell I can tell you this isnât expired, I canât take it back and I canât taste it since you sipped itâ so I raise my hand from the car and go âIâll taste it!â So he brings it over to me, I take a small sip and itâs immediately sour so I make the face. I told him it was sour and he said âwell I canât take it back because you opened itâ (in any food place, donât you throw out things customers touch but donât want??) anyway, I just gave up and asked âhow much is it?    Read moreThis review is based solely of the owner and operator of âthis store. To the owner, you need to spend some time and money on this store. What I mean is stop being cheap about not turning on the sign, get it fixed!! Every single morning I go there and the sign is off, I have asked and they say itâs broken. Stop being such a cheap owner, you have one of the best stores in town, staff are always being promoted from that store, due to Karen and her training, but lately the store has had staffing issues. The staff that is there is barely there and calling out all the time. This store has no drive through, people choose to go ther because of service, yesterday coukdnt wait for my food, the line was out the door. Thatâs a good thing, but bad because not enough staff. The staffing model at this store is wrong. You need more staffing help in the morning. Lastly some of the staff are less than professional. One guy walks around with head phones on all the time.
