Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

A 2 because if it's made right it taste good. This fairly new location is right outside of my house. When it first opened I stayed away because I know how hectic it can be. My first visit was with my mom and my 4 & 5 year old daughters. The time it took for someone to acknowledge us and take our order was too long. They were very confused about who does what and where.?! I was the only one who ordered food and donuts they had ice cream. My order took forever. I ordered some kind of wrap, donuts, and a tea. It was a pretty bad experience. The vanilla chai tea was pretty good so when the weather was cold I would drive thru for 1 or 2. I ordered the same thing each time. I had gotten 3 different types of cups. Been charged different prices. I had to say something at 1 point because the price was outrageous for 2 of them. T-Mobile gives me coupons and deals every week and I got a 2 dollar online gift card. Saw the sign for $2 coolatta. What the heck let's give it a try. Ordered the pineapple coolatta gave the cashier my phone and he said 15 cents. The drink was wonderful. Loved it🖤. The straw they gave me appeared to be 3 times the height of the cup it was annoying. Days later on my way to the flea market it's hot out. I decided to stop for another 1 but large. Paid 4.29 for like a 32 ounce cup I'm not sure. I got a much taller cup with the same straw I guess and now have to press my lips against the lid to drink it. It was annoying. The drink was sour. I wondered if they gave me lemon instead of the pineapple. I couldn't even drink It. I Also noticed something red floating in it. I assume it was strawberry but IDK. Got to the flea market told my mom all of these things and she gave me an earful back. I couldn't believe the things she told me. O wait yes I can. We will not be going back. So...

The dunkin on mobile hwy is the worst I have ever delt with the employees r rude and very rude I pull up to drive thru at 10 mins to 9 the girl asked me if I would be using mobile app I replied no but I just wanted a large capachino blast original she never responded I sat at the mic until 903 asked several times was she there no response I pulled around to window 2 employees seen me sitting there neither one came to window and said anything sat there 6 minutes I mean damn I know I pulled up at 10 minutes til 9 but it was something simple if u didn't want to make u should of been adult enough to say so I would of simply said ok but to know I'm there and just ignore me that's rude as hell if u don't like ur job don't work there I actually thought it didn't close till 10 but I don't normally go at night at least say something that store is so disorganized the people r not properly trained to make stuff for paying 8 dollars on a large capachino blast u should as least make it correct I stopped going in the morning cause I never got whipped cream like I ask for everytime and it even has it on it in the pic's and they line the entire inside with chocolate syrup that it is unreal every time I get one I have to throw it away because it is entirely too sweet and every time nobody wants to make it right they want to get an attitude so I just quit going I stop in there tonight and the same thing it's crazy the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever come across when it comes to stopping at a place that serves food or ice cream or...

Went tonight after work to get a pumpkin chai latte..there were two ladies there, the one taking my order at the window turned to the other lady asking what that was and then she said that isn't a thing. I show them on the app and she said "the lady making my drink not the one taking my order"okay a pumpkin spice latte" and I again said chai and she said ok and continues to make the drink as I'm trying to order it, because I also wanted vanilla and pumpkin foam on top. She gives it to me and I leave...when I left I realized that it wasn't what I had asked for so I made an online order and went to pick it up only for it to be a pumpkin spice latte again and she didn't put on the pumpkin foam on top so all I asked was if she could put the pumpkin foam on top and she said I didn't ask for it I asked if she wanted to see my app but she didn't want to And so she took my cup, poured it into another cup and added just the normal foam I really didn't want to argue with her anymore because she was just very rude and disrespectful..i went there at 9:05 and whoever those ladies were that were there last night need a talk. They both seemed very rushed and like they didn't have the time to deal with me. I usually don't complain but tonight after work all I wanted was chai and both times I tried to order it I got a pumpkin spice latte. And a whole lot of sass... the one that took my order was actually sweet, she just wasn't familiar with the menu. The lady who was making the drinks on the other hand was not.. this location needs...
