I did a mobile order for a strawberry dragon fruit tropical guava black tea #3184 I only had this once before as a medium.
Today July 29th 2025 at 2:57 p.m. I went to go pick up my order. Today it was a large strawberry dragon fruit tropical guava black tea . Customer service is usually good. I'm pretty happy to be able to enjoy a treat like a coffee or a drink and have a nice conversation or smile with those helping us.
I'm pretty excited to spend my quarters to get a drink every once in awhile It's a long hot drive home. I have not gotten Refreshers often, I have only had them about three times I usually get a hot coffee. But it's too hot for hot coffee. Thinking I would get something new that I liked I would try to get the new thing again.
I'm not much of a complainer until I feel like it's a safety concern.
I was very thirsty and drinking the tea thinking this was enjoyable it would be nice to learn how to make it. While I thought on it more. Thinking about fruit and tea and syrups and tea. As I kept taking more sips thinking about the flavors I started to taste something else.
I thought on each flavor but the only taste that comes to mind is mold. If you have kids. It's easy to notice the smell. Sippy cups with apple juice can sometimes collect that smell overnight if forgotten. And that's what I taste.
I have a large drink that is still halfway full and I can't stomach to finish the rest of it, knowing it could probably make me feel unwell later, even though I'm overheating and excited for a cool drink. Even though I've taken another sip thinking I might just be wrong, it's a definitely strong taste once you realize you're drinking mold. I know for a fact that what I taste is something funky that was forgotten. Whether it was the black tea machine is collecting a funk or syrups.
But it disappoints me to make a bad review because it's about trust an honesty and trying to find places you feel safe going to get food.

It disappoints me that food safety. And cleaning safety has been neglected..
Just so we're doing better at being there for your community. reach out to your friends and family. Just Tell them that you love them. We don't know if we have next year.

Read moreThis Dunkin needs new management and staff that knows the menu and customer service. I’ve been to this location at least 4 times now, and every time is HORRIBLE. I am a Dunkin lover and this location makes me want to switch to the local Starbucks because it’s so disappointing.
Food/Drink: There has not been a single time my food/drink order was fully correct. I have ordered in person AND on their mobile app. THEY DONT ADD CREAMER/MILK into their coffee half the time, or when they do, the coffee is extremely bitter anyways. I’ve gotten the same coffee order at (at least) 10 other locations and this Dunkin has impressively made it taste terrible and nothing like the others. I once got a chai latte and a french vanilla iced coffee and couldn’t differentiate which was which, as they both tasted extremely watery and bitter. As for the food, they’ve gotten my food order wrong multiple times, ranging from munchkins to breakfast items. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave- they’ll fix it if you ask, but usually not nicely.
Service- The service depends on the day. My first encounter at this location was exciting and sweet, and the staff got my order completely wrong but fixed it up. After being back multiple times, the customer service obviously lacks and the staff are not happy.
I hope this location can be improved soon, as it is a nice store in a great chain. I hope they evaluate their management and training for...
Read moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE. I’m in the hospital and ordered through a 3rd party. Now as I understand refunds go through that 3rd party is one thing however DUNKIN EMPLOYEES are the ones making the food. They messed up my sandwich not by giving me an entirely new one no they just put the ingredients on a bread that I can’t have. When I called to let them know and check if there was a way we could resolve this as the 3rd party advised me to reach out to dunkin per the food. The women who answered was nice at first till I asked why my sandwich got messed up. She immediately caught a nasty attitude and told me it’s not her problem it’s the 3rd parties. She said “I’m not gonna argue with you on the phone I’m busy. “ as I could also hear her conworkers in the back “we don’t even got that ladies money” and “just hang up “ As I said I am in the hospital and just wanted something other than hospital food. She then proceeded to hang up so I did call back because was just stunned. Mind you I was not shouting not cursing in any matter for this women to be as rude as she was. So when she picked up the phone the second time again I heard her and her co workers saying so just let it sit. So now the phone is off the line and you cannot call in. I have already contacted corporate about this it’s just insane you act so bitter and mean to someone who expressed they’re in pain and just wanted to know why the order was messed...
