Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I want to say thank you to the women on the morning shift Thursday January 16th 2024 and this morning January 17th 2024 went in Thursday they were extremely busy and the order was a slightly off, however when I called and let them know so I didn't want to drive all the way back, they just told me that they take care of it the next . Which worked out excellent ! What is today, January 17th. The woman in charge on the 16th wrote down exactly what the issue was, so I had zero issues when I went in. The women who were working at the window and brought my order to my car, which was extremely nice of them. They really made everything so seamless. They were very professional and very, very personable. They definitely know what they're doing and how to run an establishment, they are very hard-working women. So basically my intake is if you want great service good food, in the morning shift individuals are spot-on. Although I had the error I can definitely understand how and why that happened but they more than compensated with their friendly demeanor and remaking my order. I just want to say thank you again guys! The owner of the establishment should definitely give all the girls on both of those morning shifts...

I never usually write bad reviews because every place/person can have an off day but this was my last straw! Everytime I come here its a horrible experience... If its not the food then it's the people and if its not the people then its the food/drinks! But unfortunately its usually both!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to get something for breakfast but it was already 10 so I decided to give this place another try. Especially since its right down the street from my house... Unfortunately that was my mistake. My bacon egg cheese bagel only had one slice of bacon right on the edge and I got my son a glazed donut that looked like there was only glaze on like a quarter of it and it was old... Didn't give me any napkins and were not very friendly... There ice coffee was so horrific... It had just a bunch of sugar sitting at the bottom and was disgusting... I nicely asked if she could re-make it and she was rude about it... I am officially never coming back here... Rather spend a couple of extra bucks at...

I have never given a bad review on any business....however, I patronize this location at least 4 times oh week. In the last week I have had nothing but problems going through the drive thru. The man over the speaker had a really hard time comprehending our order. Completely messed up our order yesterday, so when today I asked for a receipt to make sure the order was right. He told me I needed to pay before I could get a receipt. (I'm in the food service industry. I understand that times are different. Some customers are on edge. That wasnt me today) When I asked for the receipt the 2nd time he told me I could go to another Dunkin donuts. That he could refuse service and not to come back. AGAIN, I GO THERE A FEW TIMES A WEEK. I just wanted to make sure order was right and we were getting what we paid for.
