After researching numerous reviews, my companions and I decided to give this establishment a try. However, regrettably, we won't be revisiting. The ambiance of the place was quite disheartening due to its cluttered and unkempt appearance, resembling a thrift store explosion on the walls. The design lacked coherence and seemed to prioritize quirky items over aesthetics. While I appreciate the attempt to infuse a lively atmosphere in line with its identity as an ice cream parlor, it ultimately veered into an unsettling and eccentric territory. Furthermore, the olfactory experience was less than favorable; let's just say it exuded a rather unconventional scent. 😉 Despite the shortcomings in decor and fragrance, my primary concern was the ice cream quality. It failed to meet expectations, lacking the anticipated burst of flavors. The establishment boasted of serving "homemade" ice cream, but the credibility of this claim came into question when I noticed they had removed the word "homemade" from their door signage. The ice cream part, it seems, may not truly be homemade after all. 😉 While the staff displayed friendly attitudes, this alone cannot compensate for the overall disappointment. The establishment aims to establish itself as a chic and enjoyable destination for a delightful scoop; however, its execution falls considerably short. Consequently, patrons are left with an underwhelming encounter and an insipid culinary offering. Several alternative options in the vicinity provide superior-tasting ice cream within cleaner and more inviting...
Read morei got food poisoning. heard the two ladies mention rotten boba after i already drank it. workers were rude and said “ew that’s gross” when i selected my boba with oreos in it. my father got an icecream cone and the cone was so freezer burnt it tasted like it had absorbed everything in the freezer.
-as a reply to your response: i did not say the icecream was freezerburnt- my dad says the cone was and i didn’t believe him until i tried it. secondly, my server was friendly and i made sure my dad left a tip for her. the woman leaving who made the snarky response was less, however i understand it could have been a bad day for her as we all have. -lastly, both me and lily have been getting boba for the past three years and have never had a problem. both me and my little cousin had some of the worst stomach aches we’ve never had and we both had the same order. minus the oreos on her part. as for the “rotten boba” part- my cousin said she heard you two talking in the back. -i love supporting small businesses such as yours, but the experience personally was not the best for my family and i. for anyone who wants icecream in a dish i do recommend because it was very creamy and delicious. lily and i wish the best for you and...
Read moreI’m a regular at this ice cream shop, often stopping by in the evenings with my husband as a little treat to get away from the kids—though they’re usually with us too! Last week, after a particularly tough few days, I decided that a bit of ice cream might cheer me up.
I usually get a kiddie cup, and I ask the staff to put in just a modest amount. When I went in last Friday, Gracie was at the counter. After placing my order, she told me not to worry about paying. This small act of kindness completely made my night, especially when I was feeling down.
As I was leaving, I thanked Gracie for her incredible kindness. She even told me I was doing a great job with my kids and gave me a hug. I was so touched by this gesture. The level of service and care I receive every time I visit is exceptional, and this experience just confirmed that.
Gracie is truly a gem, and I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves. The staff here are always so kind and welcoming—it’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend this place for both the ice cream and the...
