After researching numerous reviews, my companions and I decided to give this establishment a try. However, regrettably, we won't be revisiting. The ambiance of the place was quite disheartening due to its cluttered and unkempt appearance, resembling a thrift store explosion on the walls. The design lacked coherence and seemed to prioritize quirky items over aesthetics. While I appreciate the attempt to infuse a lively atmosphere in line with its identity as an ice cream parlor, it ultimately veered into an unsettling and eccentric territory. Furthermore, the olfactory experience was less than favorable; let's just say it exuded a rather unconventional scent. 😉 Despite the shortcomings in decor and fragrance, my primary concern was the ice cream quality. It failed to meet expectations, lacking the anticipated burst of flavors. The establishment boasted of serving "homemade" ice cream, but the credibility of this claim came into question when I noticed they had removed the word "homemade" from their door signage. The ice cream part, it seems, may not truly be homemade after all. 😉 While the staff displayed friendly attitudes, this alone cannot compensate for the overall disappointment. The establishment aims to establish itself as a chic and enjoyable destination for a delightful scoop; however, its execution falls considerably short. Consequently, patrons are left with an underwhelming encounter and an insipid culinary offering. Several alternative options in the vicinity provide superior-tasting ice cream within cleaner and more inviting...

i got food poisoning. heard the two ladies mention rotten boba after i already drank it. workers were rude and said “ew that’s gross” when i selected my boba with oreos in it. my father got an icecream cone and the cone was so freezer burnt it tasted like it had absorbed everything in the freezer.

-as a reply to your response: i did not say the icecream was freezerburnt- my dad says the cone was and i didn’t believe him until i tried it. secondly, my server was friendly and i made sure my dad left a tip for her. the woman leaving who made the snarky response was less, however i understand it could have been a bad day for her as we all have. -lastly, both me and lily have been getting boba for the past three years and have never had a problem. both me and my little cousin had some of the worst stomach aches we’ve never had and we both had the same order. minus the oreos on her part. as for the “rotten boba” part- my cousin said she heard you two talking in the back. -i love supporting small businesses such as yours, but the experience personally was not the best for my family and i. for anyone who wants icecream in a dish i do recommend because it was very creamy and delicious. lily and i wish the best for you and...

I’m a regular at this ice cream shop, often stopping by in the evenings with my husband as a little treat to get away from the kids—though they’re usually with us too! Last week, after a particularly tough few days, I decided that a bit of ice cream might cheer me up.

I usually get a kiddie cup, and I ask the staff to put in just a modest amount. When I went in last Friday, Gracie was at the counter. After placing my order, she told me not to worry about paying. This small act of kindness completely made my night, especially when I was feeling down.

As I was leaving, I thanked Gracie for her incredible kindness. She even told me I was doing a great job with my kids and gave me a hug. I was so touched by this gesture. The level of service and care I receive every time I visit is exceptional, and this experience just confirmed that.

Gracie is truly a gem, and I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves. The staff here are always so kind and welcoming—it’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend this place for both the ice cream and the...

Fun decor. Friendly staff. A nice blend of high tech with the digital menus and Vip programs and old school with games and toys. The shakes are something you would see on the food channel. Cereal rimmed mason jars with cake icing kick off the container for the shake goodness. The shakes start out with soft serve or a scoop of your favorite flavor. Once in the jar it is garnished with candy, cookies, whipped cream and syrups. Incredible shake for the price. This would make a great place for a first date meetup instead of a traditional coffee date. Ps - for those other reviews that mention price is high, note they may never have had ice cream in NY, NJ, CA, or Las Vegas. A similar shake on the strip is $20+. Plus you get an actual jar to keep. I will be back. And I look forward to having an ice cream date there soon.

The ice cream here was good! The atmosphere of the place was cool - it had tons of cows and lots of cool things to interact with. The tables had activities for people to do (like juggling with a book on how to juggle). I ordered a pint of the Junk in the Trunk - it was supposed to be vanilla but it tasted minty, which I don't like very much. In addition, I asked the cashier twice for cookie dough pieces to be added - the first time she tried giving me a scoop of cookie dough ice cream and the second time she just put Oreos on it. It just seemed like a hassle to fix at the time.

Emerson provided quality customer service by saying hello when we entered which made us feel welcomed 😊 Told us about some of their ice cream choices, allowed us to sample some and really made my wife happy by offering her a non-dairy oat milk chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream 🤗 I was creative and designed a Brownie Sundae w/ mint chocolate chip ice cream and snicker'd ice cream, brownie bites, roasted nuts, whip cream, caramel, and topped off w/ a cherry on top. 🍨 Delicious 😋
