Morgan went above and beyond to work with me and her other location(s) to get my water damaged iPhone XS Max functioning and back to me prior to departing Florida to return home from vacation. Her determination to try and do only what was needed and incur the least amount of cost for me, the customer, is something you do not often find when having things repaired. Over the course of a week, we communicated almost daily and she did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of what was going on. I had water damage, screen replacement, and part of my logic board replaced/worked on. When I walked in the door with my phone, I had the full expectation that my phone was fried and there was no hope. There were some doubts in my mind also with the negative reviews and somewhat questionable look of the shop, but I am so happy I trusted my gut instinct to give them a try.
Morgan worked miracles to get me a working phone before my flight home and even offered mailing the device back to me when we thought it may not be done in time for me to take it home with me. The pricing is cheaper than Apple stores and the work is quality. The only downside is a noisy/rattling vibration motor after they did their work, but that will just take a very, very cheap visit to another store to have a screw or two tightened up and does not impact the functionality of my device at all! I even was given the option to mail my device back to their store after I was home if I needed to make use of the warranty on the work they did, so it is only for my convenience that I am choosing to use another shop up here in Minnesota to tighten up that vibration motor. Cody worked on my phone last time I had it done under an hour and it works amazing prices are very fair Especially compared to the store chains that are popping up to fix phones . I send all my friends and family to Get their phones fixed here it's honestly the best place to get your phone fixed in Venice they also have a location in Englewood For everyone's convenience in the area . I really wouldn't tareally wouldn't take my phones or had my family take their Phones anywhere else , Everybody who works there has great knowledge of Pretty much all smartphones I've brought them some older ones that I had to fix and they knew exactly how to do it and to tell me if anything else was wrong with it wrong with it .    Read moreAbsolutely horrible job, DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my iPhone XR in on Friday, April 9 to get the back glass replaced. I came back on April 10 to pick up my iPhone. Walked in the building And was met by Morgan, the lady working the store. I handed her the $150 in cash and then she said â if youâre paying in cash itâll just be $150, no tax.â I said ok, can I get a receipt. She then says â I canât give you a receipt because then I would have to run the transaction through the computer and I would have to charge you tax. But I can write out of receipt.â The other weird thing is she didnât open the cash register to put the money away so I donât know what she did with the cash, but whatever, thatâs not any of my Business. then she hands me the phone and then I looked it over. It was a absolutely horrible replacement job. Though edges of the glass were chipped and the Glass was not sealed to the phone itself around the sides or around the camera area, I can literally put my finger nail in between the glass and the phone.
