Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I've ordered from here before if I'm passing through the area but this isn't the closest Dunkin to me or my work so it's not too often.

Last week I placed an order on the Dunkin app for munchkins for my office since I had to run an errand in the area. I arrived and was informed that they were out of stock and offered an exchange. I wasn't interested in donuts and asked for a refund and was told I'd have to contact Dunkin online.

If the story ended here I'd have placed a 1 star review, however, a manager at Dunkin reached out and offered to make things right. They were able to process a full refund in store and offered me to take home a box of munchkins for the inconvenience of having to drive back.

I appreciated that they followed up quickly and fixed...

Unfortunately i will never return back to this Dunkin donut again. I was racially profiled against. I was in line placing my ordering and the server allowed a man to cut me because he was hispanic and I was black. Other people in the line saw this as well. When i asked why he was allowed to cut me she said because he had went to the bathroom and came back. Never in my life did I know this was allowed. Unfortunately this Dunkin is near FIU, which the nearby community is predominately hispanic but I still expected to be treated with respect and some decency. Crazy thing this server has served me multiple times before she recognized my face and she still allow for the prejudice to occur. Completely disappointed. Do not recommend...

The store has signs on the window advertising curbside/contactless pickup but after ordering through the app as instructed, none was available. I called the store literally 9 times while sitting outside and no one would answer the phone. I ordered through the app. because I did not have my mask with me at the moment and didn't want to walk inside without it since it's required. 30 minutes of waiting later, I had to walk in with a jacket wrapped around my face and ask for my food and the staff got upset. I told them I've called 9 times and ordered through the app and they said they don't bring food outside. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HUGE WASTE OF TIME. THERE WAS NOTHING...
