Update: I've been going back recently to this Dunkin. I haven't seen the rude lady. With the employees they have now, they are very nice and I have no problems. I'm updating my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. I am back to being a regular at this Dunkin.
I come to this Dunkin everyday. Usually, the staff is amazing! I'm not sure if this is a new worker or not, but I have never seen her before. It was a light skin woman with long square pink nails, working the drive thru window, who was very rude and had an attitude. On October 12, 2022, at around 10:40ish in the morning, I came to the drive-thru, and told her on the speaker I wanted a medium Caramel Cappuccino. She stated just pull forward. She told me a price of 12.35 so, I asked her why. The lady stated I ordered a Turkey Bacon sandwich with a regular coffee. I told her I ordered a caramel cappuccino. She stated on her screen I ordered a Turkey Bacon sandwich with a coffee. I told her I did not order that. She went back and forth about what I ordered. I asked to see a manager, then she looked on her screen, and told me I ordered a caramel macchiato. I told her I ordered a cappuccino, she stated everyone heard me order a macchiato. This didn't make sense because she stated before, she heard me order a turkey bacon sandwich. I asked for the manager, she stated the manager is not here. I asked her when the manager was coming back, she stated in 2 hours. Then she continued to argue to me about my order, instead of just giving me the Cappuccino I ordered. I left without the Cappuccino, because the rude lady at the drive-thru wanted to give me what she wanted to give me. Horrible service and I will never be coming back. Read moreThe store is good in general. I don't know where you go and report stuff but I'll just put it on here. Patricia is a very rude person, speaking as a former employer that used to work there. Everytime I saw her she would always tell me to "shut up" or "I hate you" and when i would come in the store off my shift to order some food and saw her she would always tell me to leave, you have no life, you're a whre, slt, b*tch, I hate You, prostitute, go sell yourself somewhere else, you'll burn in hell. How is that good customer skill? She's disrespectful. Patricia has no customer skills, pushes no sale, always complain about her life and job. One day she got me mad so I called her mentally ill like crazy and she took it too far to complain and lose my job, but it's ok for her to insult Me? Publicly? In front of everybody? Patricia has no customer skills whatsoever and I believe getting fired for that little thing was really unfair when she has been insulting me ever since I started working. It's really sad how they just fired a good employee that's always been there and took all the shifts when other employee called off. Like I said I don't know where you report this kind of stuff personally but I know damn well the general manager was not going to do anything about it because all she told me was respect the elders. My brother went back to exchange a donut that contained a baby roach in the box (he realIzed when we got home). We got to the counter speaking to a lady at the register about the issue, explaining to her we spoke to a manager over the phone that gave us the okay to exchange. One of the other associates whom we weren't even speaking with interrupted extremely rudely saying how she had to call a manager as if we were lying. Fine, call your manager if that's protocol but leave that nasty attitude at home. She acted as if we were bothering her. WE FOUND A ROACH INSIDE THE BOX. If anyone should be mad it should be us! The manager then gave her the okay to return it. She didn't even apologize for the roach we found in our food nor did she apologize for being so rude. She went along speaking to a Customer as if this is normal, every day activity. I then asked her name, and very rudely she gave me her name and asked "why!?".
