We ordered two strawberry drinks. One iced coffee and a meal deal. The girl that was checking us out kept going back and forth between our order and a DoorDash order as we were trying to order. My husband ordered an iced coffee with two vanilla and two mocha. Wrong. He got two vanilla and two milk. Then I asked about the meal deal and she only gave us the sandwich. Then told us we didn’t order a meal deal. I told her he was waiting for you to ask for the drink. She argued that she asked him if that was everything and he said yes. He did say yes bc he thought we were getting the meal deal! So I asked her how do we fix it. She charged us for a new drink (I asked for an iced mocha coffee with cream and sugar and was given an iced latte. Lattes are not included in the meal deal) bc we didn’t get the drink or hashbrowns that come with the meal deal. In my opinion, you are supposed to ask follow up questions about what you want with the meal deal -what kind of drink, etc. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel that we ordered for the meal deal, didn’t even have bacon on it. I asked her if that was the Bacon, egg and cheese bagel, she said yes. The sticker on the side said egg and cheese -.- Maybe next time, FINISH with the people at the counter before you go do a DoorDash order. That’s why everything but the two drinks were wrong. We also never got a receipt to look at anything. Poor service all around. I even looked at my husband and said stuff will be wrong bc she kept walking away as we were trying to order. And I was right. We order the exact same things every single time we go to Dunkin. Nothing is different in this order. This is our second time at this location. We won’t be returning. While we were there someone else didn’t receive things they...
Read morei literally never do this but i have never once been to such a dysfunctional dunkin in my entire life, i was there for over a hour after i had mentioned to the other lady working there that i was waiting for my food. srill didn’t make it till i had to come up and was asked what i was waiting on, i had ordered a new coffee that came out and no one new how to make it, which is understandable but it was a frappe… they put ice on the bottom of the cup then added the frappe it literally just tasted like water. another customer had come in shortly after me for a pick up order and her husband had ordered her the wrong thing on accident, so she either wanted to exchange or get a refund and the customer had to repeat herself at least 4 times before the manager new what she was talking about, then after waiting told the customer she can’t give her a refund if she dosent have the card, then after the customer left the manager then proceeded to talk to other customers saying “it’s not my problem she dosent have the card” and said that multiple times to the other customers. another guy came in for door dash and the manager came up and asked him what he’s waiting on and he said doordash and the persons name he’s picking up for, she told him to “open his eyes” because the food and coffee was right in front of him but i’m assuming he didn’t want to go through other peoples food and what not to find the door dash and i don’t blame him. go to literally any other dunkin but this one, i’ve never seen staff act such a way with customers and the wait...
Read moreI want to correct someone's incorrect comment that states (not exact word for word, but close enough) "all dunkins get their donuts shipped by a bakery, none of them bake them." That is completely FALSE (what do you think the overnight baker does?!)!! I honestly don't know about this location, but MOST do bake their own donuts, muffins, bread items. Its only smaller locations that may not, because they don't have room, but they get their items from another dunkins close by. This person is thinking like 20 years ago, there would be a central dunkins location that baked all the goods for the stores in its area. But he says it like there was something wrong with it, there's really no difference anyhow.
I love Dunkins coffee- this location just served me an OK coffee, hence 4 stars. They served me the first portion of fresh brewed coffee, rather than letting it finish brewing. I don't understand the lack of common sense some people have, this happens often. Who wants the first strongest portion, it don't taste the same just let it finish brewing. I do appreciate the fresh pot, which is why 4 stars also rather than a lower rating.
But also the coffee is DD staple item, NOT the donuts...people incorrectly think its about the donuts, no its the coffee. Krispy Kreme has better donuts hands down, but I love my dunkins coffee. The French cruller is the best donut DD has, it's the only one I'll eat they're always...
