We live right behind the Dunkin here in Pace. we always try our best to support this business because your employees are the nicest people. I have been here evey single day snd I mean that EVERY day this week since last Tuesday ordering the same thing on my way out to see the town. we have family in town and with construction going on I know yall are losing business! So of course we come in with our family being here. Today I order the SAME thing I have always ordered this last 6 days in a row. the 5 dollar meal and with the iced coffee we add vanilla. its an upcharge which is so fine with me. yes please do charge me. you should. Your manager today would NOT do it. she just flat out refused to do the order the exact way its been rung up the past 6 days. How on earth does this work? You all are losing so many customers and your loyal ones you turn away? Make it make sense? I showed the receipts where we were just charged the extra for syrup and sugar and she still wouldnt do it. I dont get it? So instead of just not charging me the extra money which brings MORE money into your store - she said I dont know why they did this and they shouldn't be so now you lose out on a 62 dollar order? Please help me understand why this woman is your manager? It makes no sense at all. I see dunkin being on strike lately for 25 an hour you know how you are able to pay them 25 an hour. Charging people just like you should so you can pay them. Not say 'no to 1.65 then we leave and you miss out on over 60 bucks'. Unreal. I have never in all my life met someone so dense. If this was my franchisees she wouldnt be allowed to run my store. over 1.65. unreal. just ring it uo the way it is supposed to be. we didnt ask for anything free im we'll aware you will charge me MORE and we said ok. and she said no to the order. And shes the manager. if shes in charge I can completely understand why we have seen so many employees in and out of this place. I wouldnt want to work for someone...
Read moreMy Mom and I are daily customers, so, I'll start with the positive and that is the daily staff. They are all so wonderful, kind, go above and beyond, and always remember our order! I would give more than 5 stars if I could :) •Now, i undertsand that we are all human, and sometimes we can't plan for the unexpected or that an error can be made easily when it comes to ordering a truck. But these constant issues are wayyyy past that stage. Bottom line, the "New Manager" needs to get her act together! It is beyond ridiculous that after 5+/- weeks of being transferred to this location, you STILL can't read a daily/weekly report and order a truck correctly! It's more than obvious that you either don't read your store reports, are selfishly more concerned with your food cost (or possibly your bonus achievement structure??), and/or just frankly don't care about your store, your employees, or your customers. This location never has enough doughnuts to make it through the day or even until Noon, CONSTANTLY out of large cups, straws, flavor syrups, oak milk, coffee milk, whipped cream, and other ingredients as to where my order ALWAYS has to be altered by the barista, to the best of their ability, to create something similar to what I actually want. And then, I can't pay for the large coffee and get a Medium & a Small for the inconvenience of YOUR lack of ordering competency? Noted... **Corporate needs to re-evaluate this store and it's "Manager" (or lack there of)! The employees are constantly set up to fail daily and yet they find a way to succeed and stay positive?! Maybe one of them needs to be promoted into the Management position so that positivity and success can be achieved on ALL levels!
I'll continue to order from this location from time to time, but I'll take my business next door to Starbucks until this store can get Management and their weekly ordering on a more...
Read moreI can certainly see why this location is receiving such poor reviews! My friend and I stopped by today- the 4th of July, around 11am. There were no other customers in the store but there were people in the drive-thru. We looked around for a little while to make our decision about what we would order. Then we stepped over to the register and just stood, waiting for someone to take our order. We stood... and we stood. There were 2 or 3 employees working at the time. They kept doing whatever regular jobs there were to do I guess-which didn't seem to include taking orders at the inside register. They were filling orders for the drive-thru patrons and going back and forth from one area of the store to the other- all behind the counter. No one EVER made eye contact with us, no one spoke or acknowledged us in ANY way. NOTHING. We talked to each other wondering WHY no one was helping us- finally after several minutes of standing and watching people walk around apparently purposely ignoring us, I said we should walk out, my friend agreed and so we walked up to the Starbucks a short distance away and got nice, pleasant service. I will NEVER bother with this place again. The one star is only because I...
