I donāt know who needs to hear this, but Emma at this Dunkinā is the reason my life is still on track. If youāve never had your coffee made by her, you havenāt truly lived. Iām not even being dramatic (okay, maybe a little), but she is the human embodiment of sunshine in a Dunkinā visor.
Every morning she greets me like Iām the main character in a feel-good movie montage. Her smile? Award-worthy. Her attitude? Immaculate. Her coffee-making skills? Like she has a sixth sense for exactly what my soul needs, but in a cup.

I like the morning crew better than afternoon/evening I know that for sure but a lot of the times my order somehow gets messed up. I tried through drive thru and mobile order, usually they get it right all the time through mobile order so that's recommended, but nowadays it just doesn't matter because something will be missing or messed up. You have to make sure you have everything before you drive off because they don't make sure you have everything, and if you notice something is missing they almost always have an attitude about it. I called in to let them know I was missing something and asked if I could pick it up another day and the manager let me which was nice but it shouldn't have to be a constant thing.
