Worst customers services ever!!!talked to customer without welcoming feelings, no smiles from the manager to the workers. I Came by in the afternoon yesterday and asked for 2 dozens of glazed for the kindergartners at my son class, the man said someone had ordered them so they didn’t have enough 2 dozens for me. I had asked him what time they open in the am so I could come back and get them, he said 5am, and I said I will come back and get them.! This morning when I drove back and asked for 2 dozens of glazed ones they said because of Halloween they only had 1 dozen of glazed and I had to get the different flavors on the other or I had to preorder . I did mention I had came by yesterday, and they said nothing they could do about that if I didn’t have preorder!!!! They didn’t tell me I have to preorder when I came at first time. I asked to talk to the manager and reported to her the situation and she said “nothing i could help with that, sorry and have good day”?!? I was at the window drive-thru and another lady came to the window said “you have to move your car. Have good day!” I was unhappy with the way they had treated me, and will not go to their store again for sure. This place is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. First and foremost, the ability of these workers to take an order and send it out the window as requested is simply something they do not have. I am the first to shrug off bad customer service or a messed up order however, it is never ending at this location. The management there is absolutely terrible. They don’t clean a single thing. They are rude to basically every customer as they take their order, cash them out, and give them their food/drinks. If you want a coffee to start your morning and you’d rather not have it taste it like battery acid or be yelled at through the window then avoid this location. Workers are miserable and take it out on the customer. Also one of the slowest drive thrus ever because they mess up every order. The people who run this place amaze me. I’d definitely recommend a health inspector or something check this place out because it’s next level unsanitary. I never leave reviews for places but jeez.. these people should not be...

if i could give this place a 0 star i would. Place is disgusting. Customer service is TRASH. The guy in there was rude with an attitude when I asked him if he could warm up my glazed donuts. (He also left a NEW employee by himself in the front and when he asked for assistance the guy would get an attitude with him.) Donuts were returned to me with black specs on them and my jelly donut was returned to me with a slice on the back. (wish i took a photo before i returned them but i hurried back inside because I was already frustrated by the lack of customer service and the guys attitude and the fact that my donuts were returned to me that way) I went inside to ask for fresh new donuts and the guy AGAIN was rude and was saying smart remarks to me and acted as he did not want to help nor assist me. Gave me donuts that were sitting out all day that are cold and hard and the jelly “POWDER” donut is not even powder smh will never go to this...
