Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Florida

Very small store, which is okay.. but I ordered a half dozen bagels and I don’t know how to describe it but they aren’t…. Good. I’m not talking about them being cooked incorrectly, no these aren’t the fluffy bagels like you get from the other locations, it’s closer to a Thomas bagel that’s been in the fridge or something. They were way smaller, smelled sweeter and overall just missed on the texture. Kinda closer to the Einstein bagels you can get from Publix, absolutely not what I was expecting. I got an few onion bagels and it looked like they weren’t even browned, the onions were still onion colored, similar locations will crisp them up until golden brown which is what it needs because it does look like a undercooked bagel with chunks of onion on it. Looks entirely different from the bagels I get from the other locations.

I don’t know if it’s just a pivot to the new style of restaurant where they offer no seating and you just take your food and go, but this missed the mark for me, I was excited to have a closer location, but I will just continue to drive to my older location and hope this one...

Just had my first visit to Einstein, and wow! Shea is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell right away that she loves what she does, there’s such a positive energy about her, and it instantly made the place feel inviting and comfortable.

I wasn’t sure what to order, but Shea helped guide me through the options with patience and enthusiasm. I ended up with one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and just hit the spot. You can really taste the care and expertise in every sip. It’s rare to have such a great experience on a first visit, but this one left a lasting impression. Between the outstanding coffee and Shea’s incredible service, I can already tell this won’t be my last stop here. Can’t wait...

The food is always good at Einstein but the customer service is awful, especially from employee Jade. I ordered a bakers dozen bagels, that comes with two cream cheeses. They did not put cream cheese on the side of my order. I drove back home 20 minutes to find out. I didn’t get any of the cream cheese I had just bought. I had discussed with them on the phone how they were going to make this, right they could not refund my money over the phone. They told me I have to come back today to get my cream cheeses before they close or I don’t get them. This is such an inconvenience driving 20 minutes to Einstein bagels my favorite bagel place and drive 20 minutes all the way back because of a mistake...
