They are not ready for prime time they need some serious help. When you cannot get a simple order right there are some things you need to work on. I gave them a 2 because they are new otherwise it would have been a 1. Order was simple 1 lg cheese 1 lg pepperoni and breadsticks. Cheese pizza made and pepperoni was apparently forgotten and I had to wait all while my cheese and breadsticks are getting cold, they also forgot marinara in my breadsticks they gave me heinz marinara lol who uses that.Lastly who puts black pepper on pizza their pizza sucks. Ordered a split cheese pizza with meatball on half of it on a thin crust. They burned most of the cheese on the pizza. I sent it back. They remade it and got it much better, but some of the cheese was still on the dark side. Not a fan of burnt cheese, I like loads of fresh cheese. The pizza was not very substantial for a large, my second concern. Maybe it was something with the process of making a split and they had to cook the meatballs, but as I mentioned it did get better second time around. Maybe the focus was on turnaround time, but I would wait a few minutes more for less burnt cheese. The ovens probably run too hot because it is a pickup place and turnaround time is the plan. I received a very nice flyer in the mail about this new pizza 🍕 restaurant. I had a buddy in from Maryland, and we were going to try them out. This was Sunday, and I looked them up only to find out that they were closed. It's very odd for a pizza restaurant! Today, I called about the flyer with coupons on it. There was no expiration date. I called only to find out they don't honor them any longer. They have not been open that long. So, I figured they weren't looking for any new customers 😕
