I went to this Dunkin to get a meal deal as I do a few times a week. I never get coffee as I dont drink it, so I get tea hibiscus never an issue until today. Today the manager ASHLEY came to the pick up window to let me know the only reason I they gave me tea the day before was because I changed my drink at the pickup window, I said NO the girl that took my order asked if I could get tea , she was told yes , i heard this as i was waiting. She than says I have to ring up sweet tea because she could not add the hibiscus tea in the order. Which was fine They do it all the time . ASHLEY MANAGER starts to argue with me at the pick up window telling me NO that's not what happened !!! How do I make that up ? I told her i always get the tea she states that I am never getting it again because it cant be done. ARE YOU SERIOUS you agure with a customer and tell them they cant get the tea anymore when they have been giving it to me the whole time!! The food was burnt and the tea did not have a tea bag in it dint know why and there was no sugar as per order. So I received a tinted water basically! Read moreI don't mind the wait times. I can clearly see how busy you are and know you are humans not sonic speed robots. But yall could acknowledge the people waiting inside in line a little more that'd be great. Most of the time we stand for at least 5 minutes before someone even comes to the front counter. Meanwhile someone may be just mopping the floor instead of helping with the 30 people in line. Then when someone finally takes lobby orders that one person takes all the orders then starts making the mobile orders that popped up while taking out orders and then the person will start making lobby orders. Why is only one person tasked with front counter all the time?? If it's a matter of short staff then fine, but if someone's mopping and 2 shift leads are goofing off then it's not a matter of short staff, it's a matter of poor management. Please pay better attention to the people in the lobby we go inside to avoid the long line but I watch and the car I would've been behind is usually gone before my order is even taken inside. Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous! Today I did a mobile app order. Iced mocha latte, ssg egg & cheese on a croissant and a grilled cheese on sourdough with bacon and roasted tomatoes. What I received was, an iced latte with approximately a 1/4 teaspoon of mocha swirl, a grilled cheese on sourdough with roasted tomatoes and NO bacon. And another grilled cheese (just sourdough bread & cheese) instead of the ssg egg & cheese on a croissant. That is just crazy! How can they screw up EVERYTHING on my order?!?! It doesn't even make any sense. Not one thing was as I ordered it. I'm not going to get into the specifics of what happened when I went back into the store to have them correct their mistake.
