I really hate marking a place down for something that is fixable. About a month ago, I stopped in for donuts to go. There was a woman complaining that they were still waiting for their coffee. The slightly confused people behind the counter could not figure out who took her order. The woman had not paid attention but loudly demanded her money back. When I entered the store there was no one on front of me. Eventually, she got her coffee and a refund. They left immediately.
Today, my sister went in for a box of donuts and a box of coffee, a new person was working the counter and apparently left to flounder as none of the people clustered around the takeout window bothered to help her. Eventually, she got her order but my sister was certain the box of coffee was only partially full.
If I owned this franchise, I would ask a few friends to randomly drop in. If not already, this can really hurt your bottom line. Personally, I have never had a problem, if you overlook the added wait time. If you employees have time to stand around and watch a new person flounder, I might think they could be doing it somewhere not affecting your...
Read moreLet me start with: SARAH & KY ARE BACK! I'm sure I speak for many when I say that alone is the best thing to happen to this dunkin in the past few months. I've avoided coming here when they left to another store; I recieved the absolute best service from them, and the complete opposite without them. I'd say it's sad to see Sarah injured, but that woman still holds her own. ALWAYS on point with customer service and making sure her crew stays efficiently on task. Ky and Jonathan are the best assets she could have and to see them working together again is so fluid and refreshing. A powerful dynamic. During their absence, it seemed the store was crumbling: always out of product, poor quality of available products, rude and noncohesive staff, poor management, etc. I'm pretty sure they've even used expired dairy products in my coffee a few times from the taste of it. I really do hope that their return is a sign that the store will bounce back to what it was; dare I say the Glory Days. WELCOME...
Read moreI am very unhappy with how I was just treated over simply asking if they had given me the correct donut today. Apparently they powdered the Boston creme donuts today? The staff member acted as if I offended her and gave me a nasty look and talked to me with such an attitude. It was incredibly disrespectful and now I am finally writing a review about this location. This isn't the first time this girl has had an issue with her attitude and facial expressions as she's working and clearly stressed. I do not deserve to be treated how she feels everytime I come through the drive through. It's quite often at this location the staff have attitudes. The staff at this location also seem to have difficulty using the mobile app ordering and consistently get the orders wrong. I won't be going to this location anymore. I don't need to be disrespected after waiting 20 minutes for my coffee that 50% of the time isn't...
