I have lived in Palm Harbor for 20 years, dealing with many service companies, but, I have to say that the More Space Place is, by far, the most professional, caring, experienced people I have ever met. From the first day in dealing with Bill O'Connell, my design person, to Sam and Kurt (the installers) and then Jan, the owner, I cannot say how overwhelmed I am by their customized work but, more importantly, by the care and dedication that they gave me. They called prior to the date of the installation asking if the date was still acceptable, then called me the next morning to give me the anticipated arrival time and all the while checking with my availability. Both Sam and Kurt periodically checked with me on items to make certain they met my approval - customer service was of prime importance to everyone I have dealt with -- something so rare in this day and care & for which I am so very much appreciated. Read moreWe just had a Murphy Bed/Office installed, and we are thrilled with the results! The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless and stressless. It started with an excellent experience at the Palm Harbor store, where Kristin was friendly and professional as she talked us through the design procedure. Her expertise and guidance was invaluable. She stayed in constant communication with us, keeping us apprised of delivery and installation dates.
The installers were on site for two full days, led by Daniel. He is amazing! Polite, professional, cleaned up after the job...he made sure that every detail was perfect.
Throughout the whole process, Jan stayed in touch via phone to make sure things were going as planned...a nice personal touch!

I entered the store on a Saturday about a half hour before they closed. There was only one salesperson, Bill. He stood up from his desk and basically just stared at me. Thinking I might be in the wrong place, I awkwardly asked if this was a furniture store. He said yes. I said oh, ok, I thought you would greet me or ask how you can help me or something. He replied coldly "I said hello". Ok...
I left without buying because I needed to check the size of my mattress. I texted with him a bit and was ready to buy but there was literally zero interest. It seemed like he didn't care about making the sale.
